I gave laptop for service. After one week I called them for delivery. At that time only they said, we didnt get parts for service and we forgot to inform you.Dont waste others time. Worst service centre. Dont waste your time.

We order a Dell G3 gaming laptop recently. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, gave us all the specs and details we need. Delivery of the product was also very good, received the product within 2 hours of ordering.

During the lockdown, my laptop charger broke unfortunately, and I had an important online exam the next day. They ensured to deliver the adapter on the same day I placed the order. The product was neatly packed and delivered without any damage. Thanks to their excellent service, I was able to attend the exam without missing it.

More than 2 weeks and still they couldnt figure out what is wrong with my laptop ( Alienware area 51-m ). They wont respond clearly if you call them and enquire about the status of the service.Avoid this service center at any cost.Unprofessional + Poor quality of service.

The worst service ever.. I bought a Dell laptop 3565 two days ago.. No functions or apps are working properly.. It takes minutes to operate from one screen to other, the touch pad too sometimes doesnt work, every minute it hangs, Not even the search works, no video conferencing apps are working, I can not download anything neither any apps.. When I contacted them for service they gave a very poor response.. The technician is not even ready to fix the problem.. I am stuck with this laptop I have no clue what to do.. I feel they have retouched a damaged model and they have given me..

The worst service I had ever experienced. I bought a laptop here 2 weeks ago and there were many functions not working even the cable gave me an electric shock while the switch was off.And when i complained about this and asked the shop person for service they first of all gave very poor response and after continuous calling the person came home trying to fix the issues and trust me he could not even fix 10% of the issue. Forget about fixing the issues that person did not even have manners to talk to customers.The person named Arun he doesnt have any technical knowledge at all, he doesnt even know to reset a network.He just kept telling everything will update automatically. I told him i cant even access internet and even for that he told me it will update, update and update.And moreover he was yelling at me on top of his voice asking me to talk logical whereas he had no common sense to even check for technical issues.I cant explain how bad he behaved and the way he yelled at my mom.And he called himself a technician(couldnt stop laughing for this) and a dell employee with 0 knowledge on any technical stuff ..he only kept restarting the system.This person had given us so much pain and made us suffer with the laptop.
