There is not much electronic store in and Tambaram and chrompet this is the only store which was launched all type of electronic gadgets in a single building in chrompet. They have lots of electronic gadgets in all brand yau can get hands on experience. Store staffs are well educated and explains everything in the store. If you are thought of buying any gadget. Just call this store and ask the availability of the product in the store if they have you can have hands on experience otherwise you could place the order and buy after its available. They have lots of offers for credit cards and debit cards.

I visited the shop on 19 April 2021 Morning. The salesman who attended me told that they will deliver the product in the evening by 4 o clock on the same day. So I paid whole amount at once before leaving the shop. But they delivered the product the next day (20th April) afternoon. And the person who came for delivery told that they will install the product only if we give ₹500 as bribe. When asked the shop salesman (about the same), they are saying all nonsense reasons for the delay and money to be given to the delivery guy. Now they went leaving the product without installation in our house. Had to look for another person for installation (who took much less amount). I would be happy, if they had told me the truth before paying the money. Very disappointed with your cheap tricks. What you maggots say before paying is never the same after paying the money. Never pay the whole amount before the installation (if it is a huge product and need to be delivered do your door step). Never expected this from you. Never going to RELIANCE FRESH also from now onwards.

Pathetic Resq services & Hitachi. Both make an awesome combination for Worst service. From my personal experience I do not recommend an online purchase from Reliance digital, as the company (Hitachi) declines warranty claim. They state warranty is covered under Reliance. In this process customer is stranded. Worst call center staff, call cuts in between, and not even a follow up call afterwards. Rating 1 star, as there is no score below that.

The overreacting management, considering themselves as FRONTLINE COVID WARRIORS, had ordered LIFT CLOSURE without considering its need to SENIOR CITIZENS & women. Since I decided against negotiating the stairs being a senior citizen I returned home AND ORDERED ONLINE A SOUND BAR WITH GREAT OFFER @ AMAZON.What is a loss to Reliance Retail Store is a gain to Amazon.A few buildings away from this store is Agarwal Eye & Dental hospital, where lift facility is available. Even our residential complex with 32 blocks housing 500+ occupants are operating one lift/block with regular sanitizing.THE STORE MANAGEMENT SHOULD LEARN NOT TO UNDERESTIMATE CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR SILLY IMPLEMENTATION OF SOP.

During discussion he told me that installation to be charged by 2K rupees. i was comparing the practice in other dealers especially vasanth co, he simply asked me to go buy there... so i left the showroom after finalizing whirlpool fridge and planning to buy a/c and tv there- Trying to promote extended AMC contracts but not sure of their after sale service.. i always prefer manufacturer support than these dealersFinal suggestion is dont get lured by product options but think of sales personnel not trying influence in your decisions and double confirm their after sale support

Product delivery & installation are very worst in Reliance Digital Chrompet branch. Taking too much of time in regards to delivery & installation. They will not response or take initiative for their customer once the product is purchased. Also the billing is delayed in most of the time. Totally annoying!!!

Its very closer to the bus stop and one can locate the store easily. The service is between good and ok, nothing extraordinary. They offer lot of additional warranty to the products but they arent free. Youll pay a lot for the extra warranty plans.

Think N times before buying here and be very careful with their maintenance package fraud , it is the biggest fraud. Imagine they have not sent service person to do free ac service which comes along with warranty even after continuous follow. Imagine what kind of response you could get in case of fault with the product .When contacted the actual product manufacturer on the service request they say any product bought in reliance manufacturer are not responsible and ask to rely on reliance service.I wonder this is the mega fraud of the century, they know we(customer) wont be able to take them to court as the legal cost will over come the product cost hence sell any junk.

The chrompet reliance digital is doing a great job, I personally bought my surface pro, reconnect wireless earphones, surface pen and today I bought my JBL wireless buds at this store this place has a huge parking lot every inch of the place is well sanitasied the customer support and service team so customer centered they have clear knowledge of the products that they sell

Its in prime location, even if youre waiting for bus you can visit this place. It has a good parking facility. Nice range of products. Always ask for discounts and offers for each product.

Do not ever step onto this showroom if youre looking for buying anything. Reliance always has good customer service reception and support but I dont know how they wrongly hired inexperienced store employees and managers who cant even respond properly if anything is asked to them! There are 4 floors and all 4 floors have been poorly staffed. Fake promises, wrong product information, extremely irritating longer billing waiting time, especially if youre going for finance option, then you need to spend at least 5 to 6 hours in here! Such a poor customer experience I had in past 1 month. Until and unless theyre correcting this mistake and employing proper people with product knowledge and managers who could actually understand customers concern, this place is a huge mess! Dont ever visit this particular Reliance Digital at all.

They are selling good products but the sales personnel behavior is very bad. They literally give no discount and force you to take up the extra warranty offered by reliance digital in addition to the warranty given by the specific product. It is like they want to loot the maximum they can.

The staffs are trying their best to satisfy the customer, in this pandemic situation the temperature is checked and only sent inside. There is no air condition so public who comes here need to support them. Howdy there is no sink between the team. One info is shared by sales team other share something else. In that way I feel Velachery branch near PVR is better than Chrompet branch.

Nice store with big parking facility

The ambiance is wonderful. Staffs are helpful, not all. The service is moderate. Compared to other operators the service here is not up to the mark.The staffs posted on the service counter are not cordial and take their own time to solve a query irrespective of the customer need. All jio related problem can be sorted here. Restroom is well maintained. The store has may personal, housing and other digital gadgets.

Poor service. Bought an AC 4 days back, but no one came for installation. Aft 4 days of purchase, they are calling me to ask whether AC is installed or not.

We have placed one OTG ORDER ON 1st June and paid online. Till date no confirmation of delivery nor any responsible person a nswer to our phone calls. Only name but has no responsibility and no one ready to reply. Worst services. I will never visit their show room nor I will recommend any of my relatives and friends to buy. They dont have any ethics for the consumer. Worst . God only can save. We have left with no alternate but to proceef with consumer court to claim and register our grievances.

Worst experience in the Reliance Digital Chrompet Chennai Store. I had placed laptop order online & also made payment. I got confirmation to pickup the laptop at Chrompet store and the same have been confirmed by the store over phone. But when I visited the store to take delivery, I received pathetic response from the staff that product is sold to another walk in customer which I post my confirmed order. Very poor response from the staff(Mr.Prabhakaran) and Store Manager(Mr.Balaji) that is due to human mistake. They are providing me resolution but rather responding rudely. Accepting order and receiving payment but not delivering goods is sure not good business ethics for the brand value of Reliance.I hope the concern is taken seriously by the concerned authorities and the consumer rights are protected.

Worst customer service..been there for almost 3 hr to buy a laptop and printer. till we pay the amount they were addressing our queries and stand there once we pay they are gone and no one is to address or gave demo ...the worst part is they gave me laptop bag we didnt notice what kind of bag and went for demo, the service guys informed us that they gave a different bag ...when we went to ask about the bag they said you will only get this bag without even checking the bill what type of laptop we order or the amount the service women informed us for below 40000 u will get normal bag...only for above 40000 you will get premium bag..i was not worried about i get the premium bag or not, they way service person treated us without even checking and came to a conclusion that we bought only cheap product to their standards.... (by the way 40K is not cheap to anyone ) ..when i try to escalate this issue to manager he said he can provide only these kind of service..i dont know what kind of customer service reliance provide, so far i never had any issue with Reliance (Jio or any other product), but i am totally disappointed with this and no more reliance digital...
