One word. Unreliable. You cant rely on any product that comes out of the shop. Overpriced, no value for products. Service unreliable. Personal experience: got my screen unit for Lava iris x8 pReplaced which is an estimated 1 day job even in the most crowded shops but took them 2 and half days. They forgot to call me when I was done and I had to visit the shop twice. Worst of all, the quality and handiwork was so shoddy that it broke within 3 days of repair. Dont waste your money here.
