I never expected such a unprofessional and unethical way of installing windows OS and causing trouble. U have used a virus hack tool to activate windows. U dont have the basic understanding of how to solve the automatic shut down issue. Even if u have google searched abt it, u would hv know that u should clean fan and clean parts. U said u didnt even open the laptop. The moment I got the laptop from u, it got switched off. And bcoz u removed the original bios version, my drivers got collapsed. And I got to know that u didnt even run the laptop for sometime. U just installed OS. And the bios reset what u did also has caused the touchscreen issue. I google searched and found out. And now u r not even responsible for fixing the issue. Thanks for betraying me for the trust.
