Nominal cost for spare and service of laptop. Decently maintained office..Very kind and respectful person.. This is my first visit for laptop screen replace. The price is at par with Riche street, as I enquired with others. Not sure. However I decided to continue here since, good service ,customer support and proximity..

I strongly recommend everyone to visit this service center for any of your computer related problems. Experienced technicians.... Excellent customer interaction and clear all my doubts and query very politely... Overall it was wonderful experience.

This guy is a cheater and this is one of the worst service center in chennai. Ive given my laptop one year ago and didnt receive it till now.Its better to sell ur laptop in olx rather getting serviced here.Worst than 1 star

Recently my desktop hard disk was changed by MMS Systems. very good Service.

MMS systems , Medavakkam. Got my printer serviced, good service.

I gave my laptop for service here. They mentioned the power cord was not working and asked to buy a new one. He even showed with a multimeter that it is not working. He showed me a power chord that was not like original charger. Even with the new one, the laptop was not working. They said they have to change some IC. After almost a week, they didnt have a clue what needs to be done. I have been polite and got my laptop back from them. They charged me ₹300 for doing nothing. I got it fixed in another authorised service shop in just 2 days. The twist to this story is the power cord still works fine.

The response was too good and the issue was identified and resolved immediately..

Hello all, I took my old laptop, Compaq, they did a decent job of formatting C drive, reinstalling windows 7 pro. Also gave me an office license. The owner Manikandan is a good person. The engineers also explained the problem well. I will go back to them for support next time. Their charges are also quite reasonable.

System service is fine but any service will cost beyond 5k only🤣

Very worst shop. Dont give them to service laptops. I had purchased new keypad for my laptop and it was working for only one week. Later they replaced with new keypad which was defective. Finally they said, problem with keypad connecter. They had broken my kepad connecter and mousepad also but they are not ready to accept it and not willing to refund my money. Whenever i ask, they speak very rudely and bad words. Finally i got the my money with the help of medavakkam police.

Worst experience with this service center. I gave my lap and they told me to change mother board. After that I got that lap without service. Strange thing was ram was missed amma laptop harddisk replaced. I cheated by them.

I had issues with my dell laptop adapter and with kepboard. Got a new one replaced on time.Thanks.

100% genuine useless products sold by this firm. I bought 2 pc and 2 cctv for my business. within 2 months all stopped working. When tried to contact him for service it took months to repair and still more than 3 months over and no luck. I really feel bad going with him and I have to end up trash all the product bought from him. This is a serious warning and you can definitely look for other place for quality product and dont even consider this to be a option

Worst shop to handle. I requested for a battery 7 months back (1-Sep-2019) and paid them full amount. He told he will get me in 1 week, then 10 days, now it’s almost 7 months, I neither got my battery nor my money back. The worst part is that I went there almost 15-20 times in these 7 months and each time he will say the same thing that he will get in next week. From last month I have been asking to refund which he says he will the next day, but that day never came. If you can’t, you have to say it, you can’t dodge and waste others time and money. I will never go to this shop again. Never believe his words.

I went to this shop to buy a battery for my Dell laptop.They assured me that they will provide the battery within 2 days.Also they have taken all the money from me in advance.Even on the fourth day they have neither given me the battery nor ready to give the money back.They simply tell that they have placed the order.Now I am trapped .

Update: Got my laptop back after asking them to stop checking which is happening for a long time . I gave them for one small problem and received it with motherboard failure.Also found that the original RAM was replaced with a faulty one!! Not fair at all...They are frauds!Have given my laptop for service...its been 3 weeks they didnt solve the problem yet and wont contact you. Everytime you need to approach them and they give same reason as Checking in Progress all the time.Not even sure if they have worked on it or not...Will update once I get back the laptop.

Dont even give all the money in advance without the work getting done. I had to really visit and call them every few days asking for refund as my laptop was not serviced nor fixed but always had to listen to their stories and didnt even get my money back around 8000 Rupees. This is a real scam and cheating center.
