Worst experience with the guy in there. He talks politely till we confirm the product to buy,then he talks rudely and harshly and doesnt give a polite answer for wt we ask.... Abt the payment methods especially. And for their sake they r asking me and my friend who is just visiting the vr mall to rate their service as good and asking us to give 5 stars.I had no choice other than giving the 5 star so only a change in this review.....But till now I hadnt faced any issues in my product thx to acer for that.....But If I face ur responsible acer........

Not got any response on extended warranty ...i have asked for several times about extending the damage protection and additional 2 years warranty...except these issues they were good at explaining the product and good gesture...so pls help me out with this issue

Worst experience with DotCom. I purchased two laptops Predator Helios 300 i7 and Nitro 5 Ryzen 7 4800H laptops on the same day. However I faced an issue with Nitro 5 from the next itself. I found out the same laptop(per the serial #) was repaired 2 months before I buy. Acer was trying to convince me to give the same laptop replacing the display unit, but I disagreed. After lot of efforts, I got DOA(Dead on Arrival) for this Laptop. I requested for refund, Acer collected cancelled cheque and invoice for refund. Acer informed me I need to get replacement product from DotCom.DotCom says the product model which I purchased two months earlier is not available, Acer stopped production of Nitro 5 Ryzen 7 model.Tried contacting Acer VR mall showroom multiple times but they are not picking up calls. I have been following with someone from Dotcom regarding the replacement, he suggested couple of models for replacement they are 20k higher. However I asked him to share spec details he hasnt shared even after calling him multiple times.Its been three months, I am really unsatisfied and disappointed with DotCom. They really dont care about their customer.

Hi, On Thursday, 03rd of December, I happen to see laptop at VR Mall. I visited 2 stores Dell and Acer (both belongs to DOTCOM ). My requirement was to buy basic laptop just for browsing, MS Office and mail activities.I am very much impressed with Mr. Sai Prabhu, Store Manager of Dell, his approach of listening to me with patience and answering my query honestly was very impressive, further he guided to go for Acer as my budget was 30 k. Mr Shiva from Acer showed me demo as well acknowledged me of my requirement best suited Laptop.At end I have purchased Silver Aspire 3, AMD processor.I would recommend, to meet these two mentioned name gentlemen, from Dell and Acer. They will guide you as well acknowledge you, according to your need, which laptop would be best to procure. .God bless them both. Good human being and we informed Store Executives.
