Shop is phoenix mall is really bad in handy customers. i just bought a HP external DVD drive , within three days it stopped functioning and my laptop started hanging , its just three or four days, when i called them they are directing me to hp service centre , even though i have been their regular customer. Total heartless. i have never experienced such an act for their own customers.

I had purchased from this shop Wacom Bamboo Tablet, Plustek Mobile scanner and a headset, all items completely genuine, and working perfectly. The staff understand your requirement over the phone, which gives a very good impression about the shop. Would be happy if they can improve their collections.
