Very worst company that I have seen.. its not all a software company its a matriculation school.. too much of micro managements by project manager (BALAJI). Worst HR. Called 100 times to schedule interview on December but finally they scheduled and released offer on April. They gave assurance to join via virtual onboarding and asked to join immediately. But now telling there is no guarantee when the joining will happen or they may cancel offer itself.

The place to learn and experience mobile app engineering. There is freedom to learn and experiment with new technologies. The company is a huge believer of Agile, Lean methodologies. This is a pretty young and dynamic organization.

Once I went there for an interview (Scheduled), I was asked to be there at 10 but the interview started only at 12:30 and they took another 3 hours just to announce the result. They wasted my whole day just in the name of interview.Try to respect other people time and be punctual.

Not suitable for women employees. Worst timings ie.10 hours here. No benefits to people . They will provide ctc along with hike %,gratuity . If project does not go well it will affect your salary. No cab for long distance people. Theyll change projects and timings according to their needs.

I got a call from one their manager for WALGREENS Deerfield IL position. He said they are Implementing partners to WALGREENS. WALGREENS must be FOOLS/STUPID to hire Photon to implement. This is a trash staffing company. They are absolutely cheap. They were to willing to pay the market rate and their very negotiating hard make big margins. These Managers are calling from Offshore with Magic Jack Phone with US numbers to trick you. These Offshore Managers/Recruiters are absolutely Trash, Disgusting, Very poor in Communication, VERY unprofessional. They have no clue what they are talking about. They dont know the client is looking for. They have no idea how much a gallon of gas, gallon of milk will cost or one meal will cost and these id**ts discuss the rates.They dont know anything about the requirements. It is so hard to explain these idiots what client is looking for. I am shocked how they let these idiots to select the good candidates for the clients. This is a f**** BULL**** model. F*** This agencies. I have no clue which fools will source to these vendors. The client who source to these staffing agencies should be a big FOOLS

I attend the interview in photon,the person who took interview,he didnt know anything,he didnt allow me to answer his question,I think he knows bunch of questions,initially he asked those,if an interviewee not aware of those,he gave a long lecture,if the bunch of questions that he prepared was overed,he asked common question,for this time he didnt allow to explain,I frustrated by his attitude
