They dont respect the customers or their time. I had to wait for more than 1hr for them to just check my issue. For just checking the charge was 100.The place is cramped full of dust, old pc/printer etc.Advice to customers: Call them before visiting the place, as they usually go out with the shop shutter open. We will think its open and visit, but the glass door will be locked and you have to wait long for them to arrive.They seem to know the stuff, but I hope they will change their attitude, accept & correct their mistakes and do good going forward. All the best.

One of the best laptop service center in ambattur and Customer handing was very very good. My hp laptop was very slow and totally damaged so I thought that my laptop was gone and then i visited the service center. they have given me clean explanation of my laptop so I have given my laptop for service..they have done very well and now my laptop is working good without having any issues after done the service.And really appreciate the way of handle the customer is very good. so I recommend to all friends to visit this center .

My laptop was totally dead my friends told me this service center. Then I went to service center. They checked my laptop and service it. Now my laptop was working good. And cost of the service was reasonable only..

The service and the way they deal with the customer are really good. Only thing that has to improve is the way they handle laptops because of lack of space inside the shop.

The WORST laptop service center i have visted ever.. I have given my HP Pavilion Dm4 laptop to this service center for the issue display is not getting on. For this issue they told like need to change the graphics card.i said ok.. but by trying some new method they done some IC reinstallation in mother board.after 2 weeks they told we couldnt able to fix the issue and u dont need to pay any amount ,u can get your laptop.I took it and visted HP service center .. they told it seems they are trying to practice something with your laptop.. the worst board we havent see before..so we need to change the motherboard completely..So friends dont visit this service center
