This univesal laptop service is not authorised. 5 days late delivery and the problem is didnt resolved. My money and time waste that service center please dont go that center if you go your money waste he didnt service here he took the laptop another place and come here and delivery here

Very worst service centre. I faced lot of problems for the past one year. They never fix the problems perfectly and will not disclose what the actual issue is. Everytime we need to follow up and dont even attend our calls and even will not respond for the messages also. Its waste of time and money over there. I think they are not professionals in computers services.

Pathetic service. They never fix the issues properly. And dont answer calls once payment is done. We have to follow up always. They never try to check all components and see if its working. And are not transparent in what they changed and why they changed it. We gave our PC to them to fix. Its still not working properly. Worst service ever!

Very worst service, they took 15 days and charged 2200 but still the issue is not resolved. My humble request please dont go there I lost my money and patience. If you not aware of hardware please dont go there 100% he will cheat you.

Worst service. I gave my laptop for service. Took so much time and money. At the end they replaced my i5 processor with i3. Even, removed the i5 sticker in laptop. In addition, many screws were missing. Dont go for it. :-(
