A normal marriage hall stuck in a busy residential locality.Ground floor is meant for parking, but outside vehicles are not being allowed to be parked there. We have to park our vehicles on he extremely narrow roads.Around 200 can be accommodated in the marriage hall in 1st floor.It looked cramped and AC was totally insufficient.Dining hall in 2nd floor was a little more spacious.Parking is a real headache and traffic jams in front of the hall is a frequent occurrence.Book this hall only if you have no other choice. Else avoid it.

Located inside the street which is opposite to Saravana Stores. It has got huge parking space in front of the marriage hall. Two wheelers can be parked in the ground floor. Wedding hall is located in the first floor and the dining is in the second floor. The third floor has got around 5 rooms. Hall and entire infrastructure is well maintained. The rooms, wedding and dining hall are air conditioned.

Parking facility for four wheeler is very poor.. but the valet parking team managed

Please dont book this marriage hall. They are culprit who not provide refund the advance hug money though government instruct to return advance if service not utilised by person. Moreover those people not refund money if marriage is cancelled due to covid 19 situation. But tamilnadu government instruct hall owners to return full money. After lot of argument now they saying to provide refund after one year with deduction of GST. But GST rule is if service is not utilised advance should refunded. So dont book this marriage hall..

The hall is suitable for small functions. The hall is fully air-conditioned. Ground floor has parking space,first floor has the function hall, second floor has the dining hall and the guest rooms and toilet is at the top most floor.

Such a robbery Manager Sathish and Owner Raj, Before getting the advance money, they will agree whatever you ask but After getting money, they will decline or ask extra money by telling new rules.They will try to steal money from you for everything. AC will not work, Security problem, Service is worsti will not even give one star

The Hall is neat and located in the main area. 1st floor is used as function hall, 2nd floor is for serving food. Ground floor is allocated for parking and kitchen room. Overall great place to keep important functions. The hall capacity is 300 people give or take

They converted and Remodeled a Garments Factory into a Marriage and Multi Functional Hall, even its suitable for Corporate Meetings and Seminars, very near to Busy Porur Trunk Road ( Back side of Porur Adyar Ananda Bhavan ), now they have enhanced their Car parking lot, which can accommodate 50 Cars and 100 Bikes approximately.

We are not satisfy your place. we are not interest to book hall in your NELLAGAM MAHAL.your rent is too high rate in that outskirts area of chennai.you are charging everything seperately too high. you are charging rs.1,000 for housekeeping per day. this rate will not come in chennai city kalayana mandapam itself..you are charging rs.300 per table. its too high rent.and you are charging rs.600 per focus light. this rent also too high for us event organisers.your rent also too high for us. you are charging very high rent.rs.7,000 rent per day for ground area is very high for conducting event in ur kalyana mandapam.as a organiser , we always prefer to talk with kalyana mandapam owner only for hall booking.but in your NELLAGAM you incharge working peoples only deals for hall bookings.so it may be cause mal practices for charging high rent from us.we dont encourage this.you had not give chance to talk or meet your mandapam owner.we are not satisfied to book hall in your NELLAGAM.you are charging high.IF RENT IS HIGH,THEN NOBODY WILL BOOK-JAI EVENTS

I celebrated my son’s first birthday in raj mahal a month ago and I found that few lights were not working during celebration time. Management has to replace the damaged or repaired lights immediately.

My daughter lost here scooter keys somewhere inside raj mahal and one of the staffs working there found it after continuous search and handed over the keys to me. Honest staffs and security people.
