Nice place ,good for small gatherings

I am writing this review after about a week of my daughters wedding so that I am unbiased and not over reactive. The good things about CCC are 1. The venue is class and elite, 2. The owner is courteous and accommodating.But I had a disappointing experience on the day of my daughters wedding. I had 6 concerns out of which 2 were severe enough worthy to sue in consumer court : 1. One of the legs of the stage was not fixed and when my daughter just stepped on to the stage, she almost fell. 2. There were binding clips all over the stage, pricking us as we were in bare foot.The owner said that these have happened for the first time in the last 7 years, but the unfortunate part is it has happened to us. The problem is that there was no event manager and we had to depend on the housekeeping boys for everything. The other concerns were also irritating, but appear smaller as we had encountered major ones mentioned above.My overall comment : This is an experience which I wish to forget soon and move on in life.

Good covenient location. Maintenance has to be improved. Some of the windows are broken.

Best place to have your wedding!the ambience was so neat and maintained well.the best thing was when I decided to go with their own decors (in events). They did a great job in decors and exactly gave us what we wanted. The whole process was so neat and organised. Thank you so much Aishwarya and team 😊 will surely recommend the team and the decors.

The place looks really chic. Though the event doesnt seem to cover many people but it has multiple halls to accommodate more people. The opening area behind is right number for decoration and food area.Parking space is available for 50 vehicles I suppose but not free enough tho.The functions will look posh if it is conducted here.The place has spacious rooms that can accommodate guests during the event.

I want to host my marriage reception in open lawn. Enquired many places but ccc lawn impressed me on my 1st visit itself. One of the best lawn in Chennai.Very happy with the way the owner treated me. They did decoration for very affordable price. Kind and professional.

Medium sized hall that can accommodate 500 people. Good lawn space for reception. Huge parking for 100 cars. There are 6 big rooms for the guests. Cons are its distance and the unavailability of cooking equipments.

Good place for mini partied and celebrations

Very nice place. Well maintained, neat and clean environment. The owner of the property is really a very good person. She didnt charge even a single penny extra from the amount agreed.

It was quite a spacious place for marriages with good facilities. The Chennai Convention Centre was easily accessible from all sides.

High Class Function Center

This is on the ECR. Hall is big and lawn for outdoor buffet.

This is meant to function as a venue for exhibitions, business conferences, etc., restricted to half or full day. For traditional marriages this venue struggles to meet the requirements. The no. of rooms available are few and the rooms are also not properly located. They should think of constructing some more rooms, probably at the backside of the dias. The makeshift dining hall is small and does not look good. They have only TWO restrooms, 2 for men & 2 for women! Parking space is good.

Right on the ECR road. Plenty of space for car park and astonishingly its for both traditional and conventional style Weddings.

Located in one of the busiest road in chennai coastal area with good interior works but coming to the point of parking area which is quite small to park and while getting back home its somehow challenging to get back the vehicle outside the lawn place is super cool and best for photography session during wedding the path between hall and dining room could have been linked with covered shelter with concrete instead of asbestos sheet coz this makes the path inbetween the areas slippery during rainy season for elder people and then comes the hallway space between guest rooms with quite small and rooms are somehow less in space overall marriage hall is a must for reception things which is quite good without any drawback

Attended the 25th Anniversary celebration of Apollo Speciality Hospital with my friend Dr. Mayil. Ended up with lunch.Well organised.

Good parking facilities available. Well maintained. Suitable for small official functions or off-site meetings. Not very suitable for religious functions. Limited public transport available to this fairly remote location

Nice location in main road. Distant frombus stand though. Good air conditioned hall with maintained lawn services with provisions of rooms too. Since the lawn is open to atmosphere you may experience effects of rainfall and some times mosquito issues too and lighting problems. (So i have given 4stars)Parking facility is good

Nice place in chennai near nelangarai for function arrangements

It is a very good place to conduct marriage etc. A very big hall with good interior and with a stage is available to conduct function. The hall is fully aircondtioned and can accommodate about 400 persons. A small dining hall is there. An open lawn with covered roof available for dining. A few guest rooms available. Ample car parking provided. Rest rooms are neat and clean. It is a pleasant experience.

It is strategically located on the ECR and attractive. Well-connected by public transport. Parking space is reasonable. There are 2 halls. The portico for both halls are good. But, the dining area is very small for mini-hall. A/c could have been arranged well. Because for such a big hall, A/c units are only two in the reception hall and just one in dining hall...

Its a good place to conduct events and simple lawn weddings. Overall it is a good place of choice and required facilities are available. Parking is quite small for bigger crowds.

Hi everybody, this is a truly memorable place in my lifetime. I got married just last week here and the host mr.somesh made me feel so comfortable and like home. He did arrange everything we could ask for. The fear of covid just vanished as he disinfected the place without even raising it as a concern. The entire hall was fresh, full of positivity and i will surely suggest all of you to recommend this to many people.

Its on the eve main road diagonally opposite to VGP. Easily accessible. Decent hall for a crowd of 300 people approx. Dining place is ok. Parking can accommodate the crowd level. Interiors are at its best. Only snacks serving is too narrow. Nice place for a small short functions.

The place is huge and the marriage hall is decent enough to accommodate couple of hundred people.. the lawn area is good too. Only and main issue is the parking. The parking area could have been managed in a better way. The valet parking is available but if you happen to drop your family n friends inside the hall, the valet parking guy just takes your car out and parks it just on the road where you stopped.. might as well park yourself and go inside.

Excellent hall and dining hall. The money is worth it. Excellent parking for cars but bikes is less. Overall it is super. Only negative point is it is far away from the city and going there will create frustration due to traffic. Traffic really sucks in these areas at any time 24*7 hours. But other than that it is perfect for all kinds of function. You could actually see it when you yourself go there and watch with your eyes. Air conditioned hall and dining hall. Pleasant hall

A nice place for functions like Reception,burthday,valaikappu etc.Located on the ECR roadEasily approachable.Dining hall has limited seating capacity.Because of this restriction, big functions are not possible.

Decently done space. Decent amount of parking. But eye for finer details are missing. How do you attend a function with a million houseflies for company? Air curtains had a facile presence. AC wasnt effective for a full house.

Chennai convention center located in vettuvankeni is were My Wedding Reception was held last week ! A wonderful place located on the main road, with ample car facility, beautifully maintained lawn,aperfect ambience for a evening function ! The house keeping staff were cooperative. Wish it had a bigger dining hall.On the whole a lovely place which we will remember for a lifetime...

Very spacious lawn for buffet dinner, but the hall per se is bit small though you get feel of a large hall from outside. Very far from the city is certainly a minus.

Have one big hall and another smaller one with few rooms. Have enough parking space for small function. Have medium size lawn can be used buffet.
