Though it is located in an area not accessible by frequent busses or train stations yet very good locatiom. It is difficult to get such a spacious beautiful hall at such a low price. Very big dining hall with vehicle parking. I strongly recommend this one for middle class family functions

Little difficult to reach this place as it is Located long from the heart of the city. Lift facility available. Spacious dining hall. Medium space wedding hall. Overall above average!

AC is too good cooling, in both Hall and Dining area and 150 to 200 capacity at a time including both halls. in 2nd and 1st floors.. Lightings and seating so brighter and broader., Car bike parking available for 15 to 20 cars and 30 to 50 bikes in ground floor , Lift is slow but upto 7 people can go, stair case two ends available ..Approaching roads to this Hall are Narrow but many roads nearby is there.

This is AC marriage hall situated in between Villivakam and Perambur Loco works railway station , even though it is in main road access to public transportation is hard as only 1 bus and 1 mini bus plying through this Hall and we have to depend on Autos and Call taxis for transportation

It is the Marriage hall which was started just 10 days before. I visited the Marriage hall for the First Ever function which was held in this Mahal. Lift facility superb (very bigger in size) and Hall size was moderate. It is located in G.K.M colony. You can reach here through Government Minibus S44 Route (Perambur to Villivakkam)
