One of the worst building advisors in Chennai , please ever don’t purchase any from them , they guided us wrongly , they showcased as the apartment is in demand etc , Ravi from gated community is a biggest fraud , he talks as if he is helping you but he will sell apartments that are unsellable by builders.. we are paying preEMI for the apartment for 2 years yet the apartment is not ready to occupy , he got good amount from builder as commission and if we ask him he is not even picking up the phone
