AC cooling fine. Cleanliness is missing. Bathrooms are not maintained well at Gr. Floor rooms.

Location is near police commissioners office.Egmore stn is 2km away.No hotel or restaurant near by. Service at room is not available.room cleaning not done for 3 days.Breakfast & dinner was not up TO the mark ,basic food taste was missing. Prefer only if other options not available.With respect to quality of room,food ,cleanliness room charges are too high.In our last visit we got accommodation in service apartment in 1000 light area was cheaper by 20% & they treated the guest with respect & with quality service ,room service was also prompt.

Fortunate to get in touch with Maharashtra Mandal in Chennai. With the madal team in Chennai, I did not felt like Im outside Maharashtra. The Mandal team is very cooperative and like extended family. The mandal regularly arranges various functions and celebrates all major Maharashtrian festivals with lot of zeal.

The rooms are ok but, needs to be maintained clean. A/C doesnt works. The sink is not maintained in a proper manner. Food is not that ok. With the rude waiters to offer you.

Less parking. Ac does not work. Recently renovated but not good enough

Ganesh utsav happens here every year and its a 10 day celebration. On days of holiday they have programs like drama, musical and movie in Marathi. Good decent crowd and food. People who cant afford hotels they can stay at the rooms or dorms here.

Prime pg classes and some cultural activities are conducted here.Has Air conditioned hall with 500 ppl to accommodate.

Simple accomodation, no room service, nice open environment, centrally located, simple food.

Nice place for having small meetings, seminars. It can occupy 200 to 250 people.

Best place for staying as the same is nearest to Chennai Central. & from Egmore also.
