Though they have very good machines, the customer service is very poor and the staff deal clients arrogantly. They dont value the customers. They do our work like doing a favour or charity for us. Why should we go to such a place for any service?

Good collection of wedding card designs for a great range of prices. Traditionally well known shop, they have created sort of a brand name in Chennai for their shop, so customers come here in search. Shop is crowded most of the time, so it will take some time to make someone attend to you and get order placed. The cards will be ready mostly the next day. Wastage due to misprint will be there as expected. Around 800 cards that we took, around 30 cards were not usable and another 50 cards had small issues which is ok and in acceptable levels compared to most shops
