I purchased my first laptop here, Amazing experience, Im very happy to got my new HP Pav X360 laptop from ITWORLD. The sales staffs are very polite and explained the product well, and the covid-19 safety precautions are good in the store. purchased safely.

Sales person is friendly speaking to customer , clearly explain the product all details ..polite customer service. value for money .. store neatness very good. laptop demo process also very good ..i definitely refer my friends.

Sales person trying to defraud by asking price more than MRP. I would not recommend you to visit the store and also sales person not polite. Stock are not available for take home on purchase. You have to again come and collect the product next day.Thank God I have not purchased here.Experience in 2021.

Good place to view all laptop models esp home laptops. However for corporate laptops you need to either order online or pay them the advance to get it for you. A must visit store both Sanatorium as well as Tambaram.

I want to check hp monitor before buying .But the sales person mentioned that he cant switch on the demo monitor , only after the paying the full price they showed the monitor by turning on .I feel weird because how will the customer buy electronics without checking them .The other most weird thing is that cost for the same monitor in online hp store was 500rs less when I asked the sales person he mentioned hp store and online price are different we cant reduce the price .Sadly Due to my urgent need I had to buy monitor so I bought at that time .Then When I mentioned them that I am volunteer at google maps would like to have your permission to take photos of store to upload in google maps they didnt allow me . Customer service was terribly bad they dont display care and patience in explaining the specifications .Also chrompet store is only sales store and for the service we have to go to T nagar branch .If the customer dont have personal vehicle How wil the customer carry heavy electronics in public transport particularly if they are aged and sick to carry such weight.Due to these reasons I would like to give them less than one star for the service

They don’t have the latest laptops on display and, their service quality is POOR! They will simply exchange the faulty hardware, and their “service engineers” (who aren’t engineers in the first place) are nothing more worth than the quick fixes you find in the internet ! Don’t go here! Order your laptops online, and get your laptops serviced by some third party people.

We Brought the Product 1.5 months back and since the first day the laptop is having trouble while working. We contacted the showroom as soon as we started noticing errors but they havent done anything regarding that. The only response that we are receiving is that they only deal with sales and if the customer has any problem with the product then the customer should contact customer care. I feel that its their responsibility to replace the product as they were the one who gave us the defective product. We contacted the Showroom many time but they are not responding well. They are not at all committed to customer satisfaction.

If you are planning to buy a laptop kindly look for the offer make sure all the offers are redeemed before you pay. These people make you to pay and once you take the product those software, insurance offers will not be there. i had called them after 10 days of purchase asking why there is no offers as promised they said sorry and ignored. better to buy online, there is no return. Bad experience no insurance offers, no anti virus software, no ms office, no goodies but i payed 78k.Been a month now. i have not recieved a single call evena fter owner reply in the comment.
