The nails weren’t properly cut and shaped and the mail painting was also terrible…the outer area of the nails were badly bruised because of the procedure…and the massage was so terrible, it was more like inducing pain.Paying so much for a mediocre service is atrocious.

I visited this place earlier today because I saw high ratings on google but was quite disappointed.1. During this pandemic time, I believe they should be more careful about the sanitary protocols. The lady who did the threading for me did not wear any mask and when asked, she just smiled and shrugged it off! However, the threading was done well.2. Manicure: I had requested for the herbal manicure but i believe what I got was just a basic manicure. There was nothing herbal about what was done for me! They need to explain. The girl who did the manicure did some of it well and some, not. It is important to apply at least 2 coats of nail polish but she did not do that. Should the customer ask???3. It was half hour before closing time and everyone was keen on shutting everything down instead of making sure that customer was satisfied. This is not desirable.4. Since I had done my nails, the girl at the salon held my eyes shut for the threading session that came later and held it so tight that she moved my contact lens inside. It was so bad that I had to drive home with one eye shut and that too, at night!I will not be visiting this business again!

There centric popular service is pedicure. And they do it with pride, thus results are the best. I havent tried other services.People who have severe callus, and I mean severe, will also be amazed by the results, definitely give it a try.

Was not satisfied with the service. Went for cleanup and haircut. Cleanup was fine. Haircut was terrible.

Had gone there without an appointment but still they accommodated us which was a God start. Took pedicure but the waiting period was long. My foot was soaked in the water for almost 30mts. When I complained the staff was assigned who rushed the service and finished it within 20mts. Bad service left with a sore foot and the place was stinking too

You walkin keeping a facial in mind and they talk you to avail their most expensive facial package saying the other facials will cause irritation n rashes. So u ll have no choice n aggree n then after a day u ll end up getting rashes n irritations on ur skin. Total waste of time and money. EXPENSIVE YET NOT WORTH IT! The way they cut my nail gave me an ingrown toenail and I had gone to them to treat the ingrown toe nail and they made it worse my cutting my skin. The only reason I went to them to treat the ingrown nail was because they said they can fix it.

I went there for a pedicure service. The basic pedicure costs Rs. 850 and the aromatic oils and specialty version are at Rs 1200. I managed to get a basic pedicure and a foot massage for Rs. 1200. The experience was well worth it. Mr. Nagaraj did and excellent job with a pedicure and his was massage was equally good. Will definitely recommend his service to anyone. The place is a little cramped for my liking, otherwise excellent location and good customer service.

Adi and shakthi are very good pedicure masters, and although their prices have increased very drastically ever since their inception, their quality is very good and worth every penny when compared to their other competitors !! Vasu man who did my pedicure is like a sculptor. I didnt know it was possible to make my feet smooth again. He worked diligently and respectfully. He didnt miss a single spot. Even the bottoms of my toes are soft as a babys! I will surely request him by name each visit back to Chennai. After days of walking barefoot in temples, this treat was much needed. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Mandhira gave my manicure and recommended the best scalp oil treatment for my thin and dry hair. Her massage was lovely and relaxing. A man actually recommended this spa to me, so to any men reading, dont be shy to go! Get yourself some manscaping and your lady will appreciate it. No one here rushes through your services. They allow you to fully enjoy the treat to yourself.

Terrible place. The owner was so noisy and loud. The masseuse are so distracted and unorganised. They try to upsell so much. I go for a foot massage to get relaxed, not to hear sales pitch and gossip. Never going back here ever. The foot massage was mediocre at best. If youre doing a 1 hr massage its more like 40 mins.

I took pedicure from Vasu of Foot Fetish at Kilpauk. What an excellent service. He marvelled in his pedicure skills by doing fantastic scrubbing and puffing. The pedicure service was so thorough and the entire session was very smoothing and relaxing. The elegant, nice and calm ambience really enthralled my heart. It is definitely worth the money. I was advised that taking pedicure services once a month is recommended to maintain a hygenic feet and I might do it monthly here after. Keep it up foot Fetish.
