Went yesterday for a foot reflexology 45 minutes session . Extremely thorough treatment and very relaxing . Would be going back for more sessions.I liked the cleanliness of the place .A suggestion would be to wrap up my feet in hot towels before session starts and ends. Very soothing to the feet .

Love the service here. Ive got a 30 minute foot massage so far. Male therapists give you a massage and the pressure is great! It did take some time for me to get used to the idea, but they are very professional and polite, so I was comfortable.Would highly recommend Foot Haven after a long tiring day!

They have a procedural foot massage, but they also give good shoulder, arm and back massages, they do only dry massages, but they are really good, almost as good as deep tissue massages. Never the less, its a good quick fix for people in Adyar, who dont want to venture into the city looking for a good massage.

I am a big fan of reflexology/foot massage and tried it at various places in Chennai, Blore, Thailand and always had a fantastic experience. Yesterday I tried Foot Haven for the first time and by far, the best.. Infact the bestest experience I have ever had. Very caring, sensitive staff who ask about previous injuries etc before the massage, hygienic place, friendly staff and value for money. I had severe pain in the heel and in the sides and it is due to muscle stress... the person (shame I forgot his name) who helped me knew my problem instantly and when I walked out I was soo relaxed and felt energetic. I highly recommend this place and wish you help more people everyday. Foot haven is the new standard bar for better customer experience. Thanks a lot.
