We have been getting curtains from Creations for a while now. What impresses is that they give importance to functionality along with the looks of the curtain. Recently, we managed to get a few changes and some additional curtains done from them without ever needing to visit the store, as Mr. Firoz understands customers needs very well!

I have been visiting this store since last 10 years. The ambience of the store is nice and they have a good variety of curtains and bedsheets. The owner of the store, Mr. Firoz understands the customer expectations well and gives good practical suggestions which help to quickly decide and finalize the product. We have been regular clients of creations for a very long time. They have a really sophisticated aesthetic and a wide range of products and product design. More than anything they have excellent customer service. Mr Firoz is extremely warm, informative and helpful. I really recommend Creations if one wants to bring magic to their house interiors.

We are new to Adyar and google was of immense help when we looked for getting our curtains done. Mr. Firoz of creations is a wonderful persons. He comes up with ideas and give complete solution. They have vast collections and I am sure everyone would find something as per their requirements. Must go to place for all your curtain needs.

The curtains are nice, The sales ladies are very sweet and helpful but the main owner Firoz is extremely rude. I bought curtains worth 10000, he gave 1000 rs discount, But he wasnt there.( the sales people in the shop only spoke to him on the phone). The next day I went to buy more curtains and I asked for a discount.. small or whatver,, but he was extremely rude. My husband said we shouldnt have had bought those curtains. Just given back and walked off. The Owner is extremely rude.. I have to furnish my entire home actually need more curtains and their collection is beautiful but I shall not go there again nor recommend it to anyone unless you like being treated badly.

Their creations range from rich embroidered work to simple shades for simple homes. Of the many times i have visited them, I have always found myself spoilt for choices. This is where the staff come in.Mr. Firoz and his able staff guide you by asking specific questions about your home layout, the nature of the rooms you want to use these in, what direction it faces , what kind of curtain experience we are looking for. Whether we want it dark or warm. They propose lovely combinations and often they are on the mark.Mr.Firoz is extremely courteous and offers guidance on how we can make the curtains work and even offers to visit your home to guide you better. He follows up over whatsapp with status updates on the order you placed and gives you advance notice if the work is going to be ready earlier.With a well stocked shop with great designs with well trained and courteous staff who under promise but over deliver products that last years, I would recommend anyone in the city to give this friendly neighborhood store a shot

Its a great shop for your gift collection you can you send the gift via online as well and make payment in all the credit card and debit cards are so sweet is a very good shop for itself.it is located in the middle of the city so it is easily accessible and near the main road.There are also other ornament shop near by which you can explore.dont miss this shop you will get the gift you need in the right time for the correct money.

The store somewhere is a try to be Fab India store... With a definite number of collections of curtains, mattresses, bedspreads, carpets and other to go with accessories!Though not entirely impressed for my needs as the flexibility of material selection is lesser than expected but the store definitely has a taste.. to give our homes a classy look if one chooses from their own collection of ready made and ready to make displayed products!

Wonderful place for custom curtains and bedding material in Besant Nagar. Selections were great. The owner (Firoz) is very knowledgeable and provides great advise/suggestions when asked (types of material to use, dimensions, Velcro to fasten, rings, etc.). We got several curtains custom made in July 2019 and brought them back to the US. On return, we noticed that 2 panels were missing. We called the owner on a Saturday and he prompted corrected the issue by the next day. He was very professional. We probably should have checked it before we picked up the items but given that they were very well packed, we did not want to mess with it and took the delivery for granted and just put the packages in our suitcases. Anyway, sometimes mistakes do happen but when it is resolved in a professional and prompt manner, customer satisfaction and loyalty increases.The assistants of Firoz are also very friendly and patient during the shopping experience. We will certainly do business with Firoz and Creations again.
