Vi store is a dual service provider, who provides service for both Vodafone and idea subscribers. Executives were friendly and knowledgeable. They guide us and provide perfect solution and sometimes suggest better options according to our problem. They follow the company norms properly and don’t charge any fee extra. It is located near the camp road bus stop(towards Velachery) and camp road junction. Vi is one of the best service provider in telecommunications. Vi (Vodafone and idea) customers do visit here once to explore it’s variety of plans. Happy communicating, use the network optimally and save Energy and Nature

Dont go here, when you buy a new sim they say you can only buy post paid, and it is same for every other operator and you can only change to prepaid after 3 months. Sadly these guys are well trained to lie to your face. Every other operator are giving direct prepaid and you just have recharge 1 month.They will also brain wash you saying so many offers, dont trust them they all are scams.Simply put they are losing the game so they are stealing as much as they can.

This store is very nice with good customer care services, they listen to the issues and then provide the best solution and documents are handled in a ease manner.Getting new cards and activation is much easier for postpaid connections.And within minutes you can enjoy with the new sim card.The postpaid simcards of VI are very nice with exiting offers and the network covergar is perfect.

Never ever go to this store. Your request will not complete properly. Executives are not friendly enough to share the information or update. They will the respone which arw not relavent to you. Had a very BAD experience. Because of their irresponsibility I have visited multiple times to resolve my issue. Not sure this time also it will resolve :(10/03/2021: I have visited to store yesterday 2nd time, thinking that they will resolve, but today morning when I have called they said, the my original id details were not clear so the request got rejected. Either I have to tey with another branch or have PORT to another subscriber because of this support team without any responsibility of solving customer issues

They dont know how to treat customers. First try to learn how to handle porting process...dont cheat customers by promoting postpaid just to lure customers into trap. Its been a month still these ppl are yet to tag thier Ids for prepaid connections. Worst customer service.

The least you express is the best. They are not bothered why customers coming. Earlier token issue machine is available. Now it is on their own calling and attending . Though you go early they will call you people came after you. The cleaning staff happily trying to sleep always. The customer care ones taking photos playing mobile and moving without masks happily.This is my experience.

I have to change my sim twice in three months. During that time I couldnt use my phone for financial txns for want of otp because the sms service is available 24 hours after changing SIM. Your shop suggested to change sim. Where as my complaint is closed in the vi app as network issue in your area will be resolved soon. This sudden problem of sim not working and network fault bothered me twice for three days respectively during which time I felt vrey bad about your service and often thought switching to other operators. Finally you are charging for these messages which is meant for your own validation.

Store is relocated. Please do not follow Google maps as it will show wrong location. Staff were cool enough to handle queries. Safety measures for covid were followed as per protocol

My mother, whos a senior citizen who has no relatives nearby had her Vodafone sim card stop working yesterday, I bought the sim for her and its not under her name, Im an NRI living outside the country and was unable to help.The store representatives have been making her run pillar to post to replace the faulty sim card. Asking her to bring a printed copy of a signed letter from me and other documents.I had already spoken to VI customer care and they told me the processes have changed and and new user only had to take the documents of both people to the store to have the sim fixed.The store reps are untrained and unprofessional, is this how you treat the elderly especially during a pandemic?? Absolutely disgusted with Vodafone / VI.Will just move to another carrier!

Very very poor service. I am old and cant travel many times. I went to the store and specifically inquired about getting a postpaid connection for a deactivated number. They said it will take one day to get it updated. But they never called or processed my request. I have to go again to inform to activate my number. And once it is active I need to go again for a live photo. How irresponsible and bad sevice even after requesting that I wont be able to make multiple store visit

The WORST customer service. For a simple work they sent me back Everytime with silly reasons like server not working, internet not working or other issues. Completely frustrated with their lack of concern for customers. When I told the guy I will cancel the line he didnt even show remorse. He said ok you can cancel.They just dont care about customers. Its not just them. I understand Vodafone itself doesnt care a bit about customer satisfaction. All they care about is easy money.

When I went yesterday only one person was there and was told that others have gone for shopping. About six of us waited for half an hour. The person who was supposed to do recharging finally said machine is not working and that we should do from somewhere else. Irresponsible and unfriendly staff.

Very very worst. I want to change my Vodafone postpaid to prepaid connection but the store executives say many reasons to not processing my request. They want me to use postpaid. I called customer care they told no problem to connection but the store people says store and customer care are different and customer care dont know much about anything. Worst service . If you want to change from prepaid to post paid, the service they render will be different. Whereas if you want to change from postpaid to prepaid, they treat you bad. I have been going to different stores of Vodafone. They keep deny my request all the time saying utter nonsense. This time I had to shout back due to which they got the photos and signatures from me. They had in fact gave me a new prepaid sim and told me it will be changed in two days. Been more than 5days. Called up the customer care and they told me no such request is logged in so far. Pathetic.

I could not find less than 1 here. Else, I could have given that. Always, the staff does work incomplete. I took a prepaid connection, but it was not activated. It happened for me to followup with them.Again in Feb 2018, I took another prepaid service. In this case, they did not activate even after 84 hours. Upon calling customer service after 1 day, they have rased service ticket and assigned to store, but in vain.The worst part is the call to customer care. Upon choosing the option of Talk to customer service, the control goes back to main menu. One can not talk to customer care representative.

Have visited the store for downgrading my 3 postpaid numbers tariff and the cc executive said he has raised the request and it will be reflected in 24 hrs.. after 2 days, nothing has happened and when I called cc number and enquired , they said they dont see any such request has been raised for those 3 numbers. Complete waste of time.. they want us to pay more money as much as possible.

Horrible experience. None of them explained the plan properly and i was made to come over twice for a simple activation, as my number was barred and none of them were aware of the issue. The plans with vodafone have also changed drastically and youre robbed.

Worst service. There is at least five to six people are waiting to be attended but there is only one person is attending to the customers. I changed my post paid to pre paid and paid my bill and recharged for the pre paid. But things are not happening and I am waiting for two days to get activation. I dont know why I am sticking with Vodafone still.

Very worst service . Recently i changed my postpaid to prepaid in this store and after some days felt i should have not chosen vodafone .They didnt activate sim on time.I paid money for recharge and that hasnt been done rechargeNo direct showroom contactEven after reading escalation they didnt rechargeThey blocked calls to my number after i raised escalation , saying the reason as address verification failed .Such a very very very worst service i have seen .

Ambience is good and not well suited for elderly people. This is token based FCFS.Service is good but they will make everything late.1. Go with cash, as their card swipe POS wont work every time.2. Have patience for your turn, sometimes it is fast or dead slow.3. There is near by SBI bank ATM in case you need cash for bill payments.4. Dont forget to take your bill, they will surely do mistakes will clearing your bills or recharging your numbers.5. Ask your needed information carefully or else they will lapse information with their unwanted information.Thanks.

One among the network operator whos service is continuously degrading in providing uninterrupted 4G/3G signal. Even a 400 metres away from velachery-tambaram main road near camp road junction does not receive 4G or 3G or 2G even to make calls. Service is becoming worst even after complaining at the Vodafone store and also to the customer care. Too bad and very disappointing to Vodafone network.

Not an easy thing to get the job done at Vodafone near camp road. People there are not easy going and can expect no help from them. All you can get there is full of hatred and angry faces all the time with egoistic replies. Visited there for 3 times to link my AADHAAR card, ended up in quarrels when those guys asked me if i gavey own AADHAAR or a fake AADHAAR.

Hi Friends this Mini store service is very very worst and Irresponsible.Im not interested to post a review. But unfortunately this V Mini store people made me to do this. Because I m frustrated.On 6th nov 17, i gave proofs to Close my post paid connection and change to Prepaid. i paid the the pending amt and got a new prepaid sim. the guy(i dont want to mention his name) told me the prepaid sim will be active within 24 hrs. and still u know todays its 10th of nov17. guys can anyone tell me will it take 5 days or more than that post paid to prepaid change! In their Bill its mentioned only vodafone corporate office no. whats the use of corporate no? If any issue do we need to contact corporate phone, even i tried its not working.Yesterday again i travelled 15 kms from my residence and the same guy told me it will work in another 5 hrs. and he gave his mobile no. But it not worked, and He is not picking up my call. Totally wasting my time and made me frustrated and worried.Very Irresponsible fellows in camp road chennai Vstore mini.
