Arrogant senior lady, cant even tries to be polite. They are treating the customer like begger. And the delivery guy, always demands ₹50 to ₹70 extra the bill amount. When asked in the agency, they say to give that amount whatever he asks. How can we give extra without the bill?If we refuse, getting delays in delivery of cylinder next time. So rude. Who is going to take action on this? If any official is reading this, please help us.

People work there are mastered in lying. If you are not aware of the process they ll sell all accessories along with their products by saying its compulsory to buy and also speak very rudely to the customers...

One of the worst place I have seen ever. No Response for customer queries and staff behavior is worst.The cylinder delivery boys behave and speak very rude and had to pay rupees 50 each time as an extra fee for delivering. If not paid they sometimes scold badly using unparlimentary words and each of them want to treat them as GODS.Very unethical agency and staff behavior. I wanted to give no star for their service, however it is mandatory to give atleast one star.The people whoever given 5 star ratings might be the fake account from the agency or from their employees.

Very slow processing it took more than 2.5 hrs to process an name transfer and they charged 745 rupees for name transfer and they gave new book even though old book left out with empty page..And marketing for their products without knowing the value of customers time,making the old aged pupils to wait for long hours.i had never seen such slow service, please improve your customer support service to fasten the service and to make sure end user gets satisfied.

They are catering to a large area and have a great no. of employees for delivering gas cylinders. They attend immdtly to queries. Everything is as per rule and as per procedure.

Cheating .Worst experience and response. Excellent service provided for my new connection. Submitted the new connection request online. Representative from agency came for inspection at right time. Got my connection instantiated on the next day of inspection.

Horrible Staff with zero respect for customers time. They asked us to wait after submitting the forms for a new connextion. After which we were asked to wait . We waited patiently for more than half an hour .After which they suddenly shut the doors for lunch, without telling us anything.When we asked them why we couldnt have been informed earlier , so we would have left and returned after their precious lunch time (FYI we hadnt eaten either) , their response was extremely arrogant and nonchalant.A competition gas agency is desperately needed in selaiyur to make these people up their ante.

Good service. I bought the cylinder for the first time here. A change of address also made it with ease. Adding aadhar card formalities also done here. whenever i need help, they were ready to provide the same. Mostly crowded all the times, understandly the tiredness of the service persons response sometimes.

Got the gas connection, happy for that but they forced me to buy any of their products and finally I ended up buying a stove which I already had a old one in home. Govt should intervene in these kind of process, I argued for 3 days and was in vein and finally ordered the stove also along with connection.

Expect responses like in a government office at this place.. Delivery boys are demanding extra charges for delivery even your place is withiin 1km circle from the distribution office which is not supposed to demand.

These guys con you in every way possible. They charge 5k for single cylinder and 7k for double cylinder, the price is inclusive of mandatory stuffs like cooker,non-stick pan, apron,trolley etc.. You cannot opt out of this. They give you a fake bill (2000 each for cooker, pan - MRP on the product is 1000). Worst agency.
