By far the most pathetic shell station I have visited so far. Always short of staff, only two car stations are manned. I have always topped up my tank from here, but they dont even clean the wind shield. Definitely needs a better management........

Before going here install Shell mobile app and make sure to ask them for points by showing the app. It will be very useful on the go. You dont get nitrogen air in this place. There are many fuel outlets in this road. Find other place for nitrogen.

Theres no Nitrogen available here. Otherwise the service is good. The previous bunk Bharat Petroleum, gives discount when you pay through cards. Nitrogen also available.

Good hospitality. But the air pressure check center is not open at morning 6-7 during where many use to fill the fuel but unable to check tyre pressures due to no service. Kindly make it happen by that time.. and there is lack of man power, have to wait for a while!

As usual ..good service but I would rate 5 if they have nitrogen for tyres.

More than the petrol station, staff out there Mr.Vishwanathan guided us about the shell points, we werent aware of it until now,we have been regularly using shell across TN,no one has given us that information so far, Mr.Vishwanath guided us and made sure we install the app in our device with the help of Mr.Balaji. If these kinda staffs are there in every services outlet, it may be very useful and helpful for consumers/customers. Keep doing the good job... Very impressed...

As usual, the maintenance is good... One small negative is that, most of the time, only power petrol is available in entire bunk

Most of the times they have only premium petrol. We have to find alternate petrol bunk.

Here petrol quality is much more better then customer handling is well

Filled petrol at 98.5 Rs a liter while normal petrol in IOCL or HP or BPCL costed 93 Rs. Didnt notice any proportionate improvements in mileage for 5 extra Rs I had paid. Service was good, they also try to sell some snacks etc

Too much of sales pitch to buy other products and they try to pin you with unwanted products if you stay there and talk to them for too long. Fuel is good always clean place follow their standard. They will nit ask money for air. Good service.

They are very strict in wearing the masks during this pandemic. They dont mind whether it will be affecting their business or not...good initiative...Kudos to the team

Worst worst worst... Always only one pump is active.. most of the time air pump will be off ... Sometimes they wont load the petrol as it has to be activated by the people inside ... So till they approve we have to wait which is bad

When ever you go there will be a separate line for super petrol and the normal petrol line also serves super petrol. The agent named Nagaraj filled up the fuel with super petrol without even notifying me and when I asked why didnt you inform me before he was very rude and irresponsible and said we will inform only if you ask even for bill he said he will not be able to provide for all and its not his duty. One of the worst experience that I faced.

Can trust the quality of shell. They follow American method, by having pit stop in the bunk.

After filling diesel for my car, staff said no air filling was available. Asked for complaints book, the manager said no book. Not polite. I had to fill the air in nearby Indian Oil outlet just adjacent to Shell.

Best and honest fuel at a slightly higher than market price - which is okay as you get exact volume and purity.Great add on is their mini-shop that has variety of car/bike maintenance items and snacks.Staff are always courteous and respectful!

Its really good. They have services for changing all vehicle fluids like engine oil, coolant, brake and clutch oil, etc. They also change oil filters and wiper blades. And the best thing... they dont charge you for labour. Quite a lot of good service for a petrol pump...

V power quality is good. Paytm accepted. No labour cost for oil change. Toilet facillity available. Queue management or effective utilization of staff should be improved during peak hours.

OK good to go for - Purity || Quantity || Deciplne || Branding. Its located in the main road only, easy to identify. And very good space for fill up fueling, more counters separate for petrol and diesel. Most of the shell pumps is like that only.

Fuel quality is good. But the staff leaves the charging end in the tank and the fuel flow is disrupted frequently thereby customer will be losing 150 to 200ml of fuel for Rs. 200 to Rs.300/- refill.

Quality Petrol, but expensive than market price. And they lost the customer care(always says no soap oil for car windscreen clean). And sometimes no Air checkup..

Doing Fraud.... This is not a usual Shell pump. Hope it is franchisee.. workers doing malpractice. We are paying Rs 6/- Per lit over the market price for petrol. But how many people aware the fuel was sourced from BP/Essar/Reliance. They are using Shell Tankers and we believe its high quality fuel. We are paying Rs 6/- Per Lit just for the name Shell
