Dont visit this place if youve eye emergency. They mention hospital open time as 9Am. But their doctor wont be available till 10:30 AM. Very lethargic staffs and no sympathy even if you go with bloody eye. Better to visit other local ent. Pathetic to the core. Dont ever visit this place.

I never seen opticals like that...when we ordering they have assured it will be delivered with 2 days but they are not providing product on time and they are not responding to calls which is more irritating .

Got dust particles stuck in eye. Dr. Dhivya had attended and duly solved the problem by picking out the dust with a cotton swab.

Worst experience ever given by Dr.Dhivya of vasan eyecare.No kindness or courtesy in her voice..Is she really a qualified doctor,very arrogant...is vasan eyecare in shortage of doctors???so many bad reviews of her still no action taken...not at all recommend...we pay a sum of Rs.300 and not given proper treatment or clarification of doubts...not at all recommended....does not even deserve single star...

Good for normal eye visits, relatively charge less consultation fee, around 200. They maintain a good, neat and clean environment. You can buy spectacles there it self or outside. Staff seems to be well trained , but they can be more caring and responsive. We may need to visit other speciality hospital in Chennai in case of special treatment but this hospital is sufficient for all normal eye related issues/checkup.

Very worst.For eye checkup they got 300 Rs .but there was no worth of that

The front desk staff and attenders who took the initial test/reading were good.But the actual Doctor who reviewed my report was no that great. She didn’t even show interest in viewing my eye, instead she enquirer about the visibility and other related stuff done by the attenders. Finally she simply suggested to use the specs suggested by the attenders.And worst part is the assistant inside the Doctor’s cabin. From my understanding his primary duty is to throw out the patients from the cabin. He is not at all allowing us to ask our questions to the Doctor. He stood close to me and kept on telling me to leave the room. It’s very annoying.

Good Place for Eye treatment and Checkup. Staffs are so supportive and hospital has latest equipment. But most of the doctors are less experienced. Consultation fees and treatment are very expensive.

Dr Dhivya must need to know how to handle and speak with patients, she is behaving like a government hospital nurse. Even she can learn the politeness and patience from their own staffs and training Doctors.

Worst service i have ever seen.Single refrection and single consultation done and entire crowd is waiting for more than 3 hrs for just eye checkup.Patients are waiting ideally.There is no proper guidance you cant know when they announce your name.My humble request dont wast your precious time look for any other eye care...

Very efficient handling of patients. Doctors are good. But they may try to talk you into a surgery. Spectacles are more expensive here. There is ample parking in the basement, but dark.

Worst ever experience. Government office would be better than this. Doctors are unqualified, don’t have proper knowledge and the lethargic staff don’t know what they are doing.

Low rated service for their front desk ppl was not helpful.Made us wait for 2 hours for the whole process. Doctor we consulted was not an opthalmologist and Very unprofessional too. Medicines in their pharmacy is comparatively costly. But billing system is very quick and time saving. They always keep things ready.

Good doctors and para medical staff. Neat and clean. They have inbuilt optical shop too.Parking is available at basement.

New patients registration + doctor consultation charges RS 200. Old patients consultation charge 150. Located in 3rd floor. They dont accept credit card for consultation charge (Digital India!). Buying glasses here are very very costly.

Cynic doctor Unused staff. Compulsive practices. Time wasted Think of it as you want and take this place.This is the experience I had recently visited my sons eye examination.Please do not trust the ad. Do not even look after the doctor after eye examination Why should we go to the place where you can simply measure the eye?Its your choice now. I took my son to another doctor.The Lady Doctor is absolutely waste. If ever the hospital management wants to improve their business, throw this useless lady out of the hospital. Otherwise, people can find different center or different hospital.No worth even for a star.
