The lady who was placed in Rajakilpakkam office openly telling they generally give priority to large orders. Gave soft copy of close to 700 pages for print out in the morning. They said you will receive it tonight or next day morning max. I called them twice only then I received it in the noon next day. For small negotiations they will literally treat you like a begger as if you ask them for free of costs. Its time for the management to train their people how to respect their customers.The only positive point is their work is highly satisfactory in my case.

The person who attends the phone available is very tensed. He doesnt seem to attend the call keeping in mind that its a customer who is trying to get some information from him. Hangs the phone asking the person to come directly even in this pandemic period. Their designing staff seem to be polite and they listen to what customer is wanting to do. The main manager who receives customer in office is very arrogant in replying to customers, when ask for owner contacts he simply replies that there is nothing to speak with owner when he has given an reply. and My personal experience with the owner is an excellent example of a TRUE businessman. He had seen me waiting at the shop, came towards me and asked what was the purpose and he got the job done for me even when it was late. I came to knew that he was the owner when my job was done - great!. All his hardwork and goodwill may fade off with this manager. Hope the management looks for a better person to interact in the front end. Moreover the manager needs to be trained about the technical aspects of the jobs involved, he simply misguides the customers with wrong information. They could keep an sign board at the main road. Its little hard for new comers to locate the shop.

I have ordered 500nos (cost of 9750rs) of marriage invitation, after printing they returned 477nos only, I asked for the reason they said 5% wastsge. (23*20rs = 460rs hidden margin)2and thing inthat 477 cards, 50 cards not printed correctly. so I have given to re-print the matter correctly. They will taken for rework 4days.Once you paid the cash they will treat the customers like a slave.

I Will Suggest this place for people who dont want to get the order on time, the person who sitting in admin( like a shapeless Pakoda) is fit for nothing, he is just appointed to demote the company goodwill

Respected Audience, Packiam Press has lost its name because of its poor management people sitting on the wrong place in the premises, they dont want to greet the customers atleast they dont need to spoil their mental pressure, A person with broad specs sitting in the admin tells openly that No orders from Camproad Packiam Press will get on time this kind of words will come only when they think that they are monopoly in this field, so people i clearly dont recommend this press because of its lack of response and irregular punctualities and worst behaviour by the management, the owner should look on to this matter and alter the necessary changes in their worst company, formerly has a very good name in their field.

In this 2020, digital world.They are still asking cash payment only.More than 4 branches they are having.But still they are requesting customers to pay in cash, not even swiping machine also.Worst sales technique, I have ever seen.I dont know, why they are not having UPI scan codes... Etc.Please change ur transaction methods.My bill just 200.But I am roaming for atm more than one hour beacuse of this press.

Waste people , Not professional quality and they forgot to print backside of my Prescription pad. It took them to deliver 1year to deliver a small work. Definitely not recommended this place for anyone . Kindly Avoid the person who meets you . My money wasted time wasted now after seeing that prescription pad I got tensed and writing this review. utter waste useless people .KINDLY CHECK SOMEOTHER PRESS PEOPLE . Definitely don’t Give advance amount. Then u wil be in trouble.

Its a traditional printing press with experienced staffs for doing all kind of printing works.Customer service is little bad while they dont care if you even walkaway form them.Be careful when you order something with them, always inform what you expect to do.Timely delivery is not possible with them.
