I went to IndusInd bank for applying Aadhaar. Bank staffs were polite, but slow and no smart work. They use laptop and printer from stone age which stops working very frequently. Due to this, they need to reboot the system and rework everything. They took 4+ hours doing Aadhaar enrolment/update for 7-8 people. If this is the case, then how people will think of opening an account in this bank.Better go to nearby ICICI bank for Aadhaar related because they are quick smart workers and they do it for 4-5 people in an hour.
Very worst service. They are taking an hour for single aadhaar service. I dont have option to rate below one star. Hence rating it with single start, which not even worth a star. the person who is assigned for this service is openly saying that they are doing aadhaar service only to bring in the customer and goto government e-service center, if not willing to purchase their products.
Very worst service for Aadhar card. No first come first serve. Based on Favoritism, they send ppl in a queue. Think twice before going here for aadhar card application. Worst staff and management

This staff in this branch informed me that this branch does not provide service related to preclosure of personal loan. And requested to contact nungambakkam branch.But when I call customer care, they said that preclosure of personal loan can be done at this branch.This is contradictory.Please take some action
