Croma is a very nice store for all your electronics purchases. They collect e-waste (disposing unwanted, unusable electronic and electric equipments including chargers, mobile phones, radios, etc) also. One very nice thing they do is planting trees for your e-waste. This is very good initiative. I had trouble finding an organization where I can buy electronics and also give away e-waste so they can be disposed in an environment friendly manner.

Very good to buy home appliance from here. Good response from all staffs. Specially Ms Anusuya, Mr Arun and Mr Amal. They done great job when I had problems. (Am received damage refrigerator from Samsung Good down). When they came to know, they react within a minute and got approval for replacement. Customer support person who was helping me that day was patient and very helpful. I tried calling them to check for availability but their phone support was not up to my satisfaction. They said will check and get back to you but I haven’t received any callback from them. I still hear people say get back to you and I guess no one knows the meaning of it! Very limited availability but have nice car parking space available.

Purchased Samsung TV six months back. They marketed for dry AC service for 399/- Despite my efforts none turned up for doing the dry service of AC for which I paid. Even lodging a complaint through mail has not evoked any positive response. Taking the name ‘Croma - a TATA venture’ I got carried away. It is my mistake. I will not suggest this showroom for anyone in future.

Lazyyyyyyyy people work here .3rd time our fate booked television and cancelled our personal plans waiting for installation for more than a 5 days now. Customer service is the worst part . customer portal is poorer than our TN sites which is way better now compared to these guys . We called the service more than 7 times to only get high pressure .We actually purchased samsung TV . finally we decided to call Samsung directly for installation and shocked to know that these guys from Croma has just informed the purchase details and not even bothered to raise installation request. Such a poor knowledge , even while billing they took an hour to update as the sales person has to wait for some other person to update the details in system.In this they demand 10 rating to the customers.If you really wanted plan to buy something please do visit chroma for window shopping and to get to see the product like exhibition, and if you wanted to buy and use please go to better stores available and buy. do not waste time and energy with these dumbos

I have seen very worst service, no proper answer from anyone in the showroom. They dont have the product knowledge and If you connect store people after bought the stove, no proper answer and nobody take responsibility to answer including manager. They are hiding their face to answer customer query. After delivery nobody come to install and if you call up store, they dont know anything, finally they suggested to send a service people to install with 200 for cooktop and 600 for hob. Worst service I had ever seen. Finally I install the stove with local service. Not happy with store and service of croma in chrompet

This is our second visit to Croma. The first was at Thoraipakkam BSR Mall for purchasing washing machine. This time we visited Chromepet branch for laptop. Had limited choice but we were in dire need so decided to get our first laptop. Price was more than what we saw in Amazon.

Scamsters in the name of Croma. They would do anything to sell a product. Information masking is a crime. We purchased an AC and they advised to go with debit card EMI 36,790 and they persuaded us to opt for 10 month zero cost EMI. We agreed and signed up and they have charged us close to 4000 per/month. The sales rep blames the bank now and not taking up the responsibility. Terrible Customer Service. DISSAPOINTED!!

I had worst experience with Croma crompet. I order Bosch Dishwasher and paid the entire amount in the showroom. Also part of the amount I paid using Croma Gift card. On the same day as soon as I reached home they called me telling that they are going to cancel my order since I paid part of the payment through gift card or they can give me display piece. This is simply radiculous behaviour from such a big brand. I want to give negative rating for this. I even called l before going to the showroom. Now I dont know what is going behind. I didnt receive any cancellation messages. If you dont accept gift card then why are selling it to people.

I bought Faber hob Gas stove 15th Feb 2021, I shocked while in initial test itself its leaking, I reported immediately, after many follow up four days later from Faber technician came and confirmed the same, still from Croma we didnt receive the replacement or money back. Really I worried to select croma as option to buy the new products, they are not true to customers
