Very worst cable operators...even if you call them to solve the problem... They ultimately wont even attend the call and answer...never choose this cable operator

Very Worst Service from them ... when called to solve a technical problem ... they were very harsh and not solving the problem. Dont ever choose this cable operator ... Not even in your dreams

One of the worst cable tv operators. Even if you pay the bill amount 6 months in advance they would definitely cut the connection in the beginning of every month and we have to call them to remind about it.. and the response they give when you call and update be like terrible. When we question them why this happens they would come up with number lies to convince you. To top it all if u ask why you guys disconnect the connection like this even after we pay you before hand the answer would most of the customers call more than 10 times and you just call us few times to complaint. ( what a Pathetic reply from the receptionist/ customer care executive). I completely regret for booking this set of box/ cable. Please dont go for it half the time you wont be able watch the TV and they will come up with their own answers to irritate you. The list of stupidity goes on.
