One of the worst product ever. I purchased this TCCL setbox with HD pack. In that box they gave an remote in that. After three week of using the remote, the remote didnt work properly so I change the battery. After that also remote didnt work so I complain to TCCL in my area Jawahar Nagar, Perambur, Chennai-600082. They said there is no warranty of this remote. They tell to buy a new remote. I told them I just bought and use this TCCL three week before. They told that is not our response they told to call the customer care. So I called the customer care, they said we do care about customer service of installation in the setbox. They wont do the remote service and ask to tell the problem where did you buy and ask the remote to exchange the remote. So I go back to my TCCL center in my area Jawahar Nagar, Perambur. They told we didnt get any information from customer care and we wont give you a remote. They told to buy a new remote. WORST EVER!!!Even though the TCCL setbox is bought from Thailand which is made in thailand. This Company has failed to give a Quality setbox and remote.If you dont give a Quality product to the customer. Then how the people will like to buy your TCCL setbox service. The company doesnt give an hear to customers complain they just want to fill the money in their pockets.

TCCL - one of the widespread SETTOPBOX network used in Tamilnadu. Picture clarity & sound quality is good in HD SETTOPBOX . Service is also good . Most of the Cable TV network are using TCCL STBs. So it would be good if you make all services online i.e. bill payments, adding / removing of channels etc.

Very often shows no signal.... . Cable operator is not reachable by phone. His work hour is mentioned as 9am to 5pm.Even during this day time if any problem occurs, he wouldnt attend calls to rectify problem. He always blames power cut / power disconnection where his amplifier is placed for distribution at the adjacent street.This is the problem at Banu Nagar, Pudur, Ambattur.He is very particular in collecting subscription charges. But does not provide proper service.Moreover local cable TV subscription had become costlier than DTH especially if you want HD channels.Moreover there is no provision of Selection of channels by the subscriber directly either through Apps or TCCL website. Instead request in paper and cash has to be routed through cable operator of TCCL.Lacks flexibility and transparency in their operations.Ever tried navigating their website for information. They are still ages backwards from current info technology.Still they rely on papers, letters, signatures etc for transfers instead of using electronic communication media between two cable operators and transfering subscriber.For TCCL, it puts cable operator first. Subscrbers/ Customers are not valued.Innovate, Provide proper fast and efficient service or otherwise you may perish.Word of Advice to TCCL - Retrain cable operators for customer service, ask them to be accessible at least from 0600 to 2200hours daily including Sundays to attend problems.Handover the channel selection and its subscription fees payment to the literate subscriber directly , leaving only technical operations and trouble shooting and other functions to cable operators.

Worth ever,Im just connected through by INJAMBAKKAM CABLE operators,chennai. Here the signal is too weak... And then they not connect it properly ,The wires is so damaged and shocking issues is also there but they ask money for every attempt to connecting,but not well every attempt,not proper answering,just take some ACTION on it...even its(INJAMBAKKAM) not worth for 1 star

Hi , We were writing Tirupur Samundipuram area. Here TCCL clearity is no good I complaint to local cable operator but no steps were taken, the real fact is even he does know the clarity difference between their TCCL and VK digital. Now TCCL introduced their package based on the trai new rule. We worst we cant consider that pack especially for HD channel no pack is there. I think they will not survive in this conpatition.techinally they were worst in Tirupur area.

Dont use tccl. Recently TRAI made an announcement saying we can choose 100 channels for a base price of Rs 130 + taxes. But TCCL forces you to pay Rs 180 base price for a few extra channels which we dont even watch. When I enquired with the cable tv operator (Star trek cable tv office, Periyar Nagar), he was rudely saying it would take 10 years if they were to choose 100+ channels for each consumer and hence we can watch only what they offer excluding the pay channel selection.They dont even provide the complete channel list for us to choose and they are saying they are not beggars who are after our money and that we should get the channel list ourselves somehow.They dont know how to treat the customers and they think that they are our bosses! Its time to show them that customers are the real bosses in any business !

Please note that the tccl money collector (Dhasarathan -Adyar area) is very very lazy and avoid to collect money every month and never turns up and which lead to frequent termination of my service. Kindly warn him to go for collection regularly. Else kindly advise any eportal sevices if avail to pay my self online to avoid this lazy collector procedure.Please take necessary action and reply.

Very worst lessor satellite TV but more local channels with poor sound Quality. The charges is equal to DTH but clarity and sounds are very worst. Recently so many satellite TV removed.
