These people have zero interest to show products to customers. My husband and I visited the shop after researching for moon rise xl recliner sofas and the person sitting at the reception doesnt seem to even get up and explain and he reluctantly answered us saying they dont have an actual physical model to show us. These people are very judgemental and did not even show a single product to us. Worst attitude , its completely a waste of time to have visited this shop

Very nice collection of imported sofas. Mr umesh is very helpful. He guided us well.good place for luxury sofas. I really liked the place and collection. Dont go expecting regular sofas. They have exclusive collection. We selected our sofa set and are happy about it.

My wife and I visited your store today to check out your lazy boy recliners. Your salesman was not at all forthcoming. He didnt even help us in adjusting the reclining levels. It was very disappointing. We have visited your store before and my family has purchased from here as well for our house renovations which is why we wanted to visit again for another purchase but we were very disappointed with your salesmans attitude. Anyway we went ahead and purchased in another shop. Wanted the management to take note of this. We expect a lot more from Simply Sofas.Response to you :Hi. Thank you for your response. Your salesman mentioned that you do not have lazy boy recliners. He showed us an alternate to lazy boy recliners that reclined to a full 180 degree angle. Products are good, Attitude is Bad. A big No.

They sell used products from the floor and do not care to speak to the customer once product is sold. buyer beware. there are better places in India, who would ship to chennai at a nominal cost. Rude attitude just spoils which otherwise is a great selection

A High End Place For Sofas. Really Cozy. But Not Much Designs

We were considering buying a sofa from this place for quite a while but were hesitating after seeing the reviews on Google. Perhaps people are more inclined to write a review when something goes wrong than when everything goes smoothly.We chose a nice sofa and it was already installed in our house the next day! The sales team was very cooperative and lived up to our expectations! We will buy again from this place. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Bait & switch tactics on price. I guess these guys don’t recognize that they have competition- including Amazon.in for furniture as well.

Horrible customer care and the way the guy responded on the phone on an inquiry was terrible .Have never seen a customer care representative talk like that!

Worst after sales service, never respond to complaint, leather not genuine, the upper cover tears immediately after 1-2 years, they dont care for our warranty claims.
