The shop and their service is really good but if we have any concerns they direct us to the toll free customer care number , where they don’t answer our calls or reply to our messages!They could definitely do better!!

Never buy high end products. If something goes wrong, local plumbers cannot service these and no body even picks up the customer service call in number.

Good place for a quick buy of sanitaryware. They provide good discounts if we ask for... I have used all other brand sanitary fittings but I find parryware to be better interms of quality. Spares are also easily available.

Not even having a proper phone contact facility. The only land line number appearing, is continuously busy or I presume must be out of order. I feel in the present lockdown period a good telephone arrangement is most important n useful both for customer and seller.

Ticket ref. No is CCC/220520/01. Nobody visited site. Full batch of products having manufacturing defect(Hairline cracks throughout), still Parryware is not ready to give repair/replacement. Ultimately your money is lost once billing is done. No other way than just reacting like this, think twice before going with Parryware.

After Roca bought parrywarre. Service has deteriorated a lot. They sell parts in units and it costs so exorbitant. Please do not buy Roca or Parrywarre anymore.

I bought a kitchen sink and my people went to take delivery. It was damaged piece as i could not call them at night so called them in morning and told them They refused a replacement when it was bought on 1/7/13 . I called them on2/7/13 . the name of service centre is Friendly services, North usman road Tnagar. The staff has no courtesy. Bad experience with ths center.
