A decent gated community with average maintenance, security is good. Entrance and the road connectivity is an issue.

Excellent place to reside. Especially no water scarcity. We will get everything inside the apartment itself. We have library, gym , ironing, provision store party hall.. and of course pillayar kovil. Security guards for 24 hours. Power generators are there for lifts and motors and outside lightings... Small play area for kids and small open ground for boys to play cricket. Mangala vinayagar temple is also there inside the temple.

Very good society. With all the amenities. The evening is very pleasant as you can walk around the society because its very big . The condition of the building as well as the flats is also very good. And the view from the top of the building is very nice and calm.

The apartment is on the Tambaram - Medavakkam main road. The rooms are spacious though the society as such looks old. There is water scarcity as of now, for the past 1month.

Nice structured and well maintained. Good security and can visit at any time cause its near police station namely selaiur. And it comes near Tambaram railway station so you can travel between morning 4 to night 12 anytime. There is no travelling issue at all.

Located in Tambaram-Velachery main road. Prime location. Apartment buildings are not of good quality. Every bathroom gets water leak. Building will go weak in 5 years.

Would have been good appartments, if not for few guys in the so called management. One guy is responsible for delivering water, paper and milk and you cant have someone from outside deliver these to you.The attitude of electrician is worst at best. Gym is not maintained well.

Water problem. And high rent and maintenance. For a 3bhk it costs 17k + maintenance of 2.5k + 3k water lorry charges. Other than that the positive side is that they have good security and its a gated community. Buildings are old though. Instead you can try abhishek jain the next apartment to this place

There is old and new blocks you have options(starting from 10k) to select from.Flat association was active and maintaing a good community there.Facilities available - gym, library, party hall, Ganesh temple.For bachelors (female) there is PGs available there.Advantages - on road side, Tambaram railway is few km away.
