One of my favourite restaurant in Chennai and the service is also good and the biryani is so delicious must try sometimes.

Tamilnadu best seraga samba rice briyani. No one else is there to beat their taste and quality.

Nice experience having chicken biriyani and sechzwan chicken fried rice along with masala lemonade and gulab jamuns.The place was a bit crowded when ee went, that too was afternoon time. Staffs came to us with menu the very moment we sat in the restaurant, and took our orders and delivered food without much delay. Keep up the good work guys. Thankyou guys.

Excellent food with great service. The authentic dishes are better compared to Chinese food they offer. Theres also a system where it rewards discounts.

Decent place for Dining... if you order biriyani you will get it fastly..other items in the menu card will take time... when I visited they have shortage of staffs and took long time to serve

I always love Thalapakatti, but dont visit it on Sundays. Because I was waiting for over 40 mins but they gave the parcel to only the Swiggy and Zomato people. They give first preference to only Swiggy or Zomato.

Thalapakatty - well the name which once speaks by its name has lost its charm,quality and taste. The food was blunt,flavourless and tasteless.anything u ask for-the answer is no. They are out of stock for almost everything in their menu.they are out of stock on biriyani at 8 o clock in the night do u still want me to explain about availability of food. I am a traveller. I visited viruthunagar branch.Here the food is tasteless and I cannot feel the real thalapakatti taste.I money spend is worthless....at this branch...

Visited when the restaurant was opened with limitations in the number of seats available ( Corona ).Waited for more than 45 minutes for a seat having already called in to check if seats were available before visiting.The staff seems ignorant as I received their famous mutton biryani with hardly any meat.. 2 small pieces to be specific.A recognised brand of restaurant cannot afford to do this keeping in mind their prices.The manager somehow brought in a few more pieces when questioned but definitely did not feel like it was worth the money spent.It definitely made an impression where we need to check the amount of meat offered before taking a single bite..which is a bad sign in terms of trust.

Though its famous for non vegetarian recipes, vegetarian food here just deserve 4 on 5.

Totally waste,money also high.we are not satisfied totally.

Nice place to have authentic Tamil cuisine. They serve both veg and non veg dishes. Best spot to have non veg biryani. Place is well maintained and architecture inside gives the vintage feeling. Quality of the food is great but the quantity is moderate for the price what they are asking.

If your on simple diet and accompanying your family here...do not expect some items in the menu, including steam rice, on Saturdays and Sundays.Biriyani is very good and tasty. It is spicy, but not too spicy. Quantity of one portion is perfect for a person.

Has a wide variety of foods to choose from but vegetarians wouldnt enjoy much. The food quality is good. The table service they offer is very professional and polite. The eating atmosphere and the ambience is pleasant. Not suitable for daily food options as food items are quite expensive. Visiting once in a while wont sue your wallet. Has enough vehicle parkings.
