A very good place for Vegetarian foods. In Ground floor, tiffin items are served. Lunch are served in 1st floor. Usually it is very crowded during Afternoon and we dont find place to be seated. A/C Seating are available but not in use. The price is very reasonable and the quality and taste of the food is super.

Have always liked their lunch. Basis that tried their breakfast recently. The sambar was super spicy and the chutneys had very high dose of garlic. Was really shocked. For a restaurant having the connections of chef Venkatesh Bhat (say am wrong, pls!), didnt expect to be disappointed at all. May be a right place only for the Traffic policemen who stand all day at teynampet signal. (They r always there whenever I hv visited)

Poor customer care, They wont treat you as a customer. Worst part is they wont take phone orders. Whatever you come wait and get your order that is their policy. As far as food taste is very good especially their sambar awasome. For food can give 4.5 star but customer service is 2 star is maximum. I wish they should concentrate on customer service.

Good service. Friendly staff. I tried Paper roast and masala dosa. Loved both. The taste of Chutney and sambar was good, surprisingly. I never expected it to be good. Water was cold and good to drink after we reach from a hot sun. Street parking. Very much visible in normal traffic. Must try.

Bang in the middle of the junction connecting Theagaraya Road and Anna Salai, the accessibility is super good, but so is the noise and parking difficulties. Went on a two wheeler so didnt face issues.Went it for a late lunch and sambar rice and mini meals were still available. Great tasting food and great value for money. The service was good too.Post car bill payment directly at the counter, I went and tipped the wrong waiter and he politely told me that it was not him who served me but another guy and he called the other guy to come and let me tip him. Wow! Just a couple of weeks back, I had this same mix up in the Sangeetha Veg Restaurant in Vandaloor, and a random waiter simply took the bill and tip, and pocketed it.Small things like these attach to my memory lane quite strongly, and I very much appreciated his gesture.COVID aspects: Couldnt find a sanitizer stand, but there was a bottle at the bill desk. Seating was pretty cramped. No doors to the wash areas, so cool, but the taps need to touched. Waiters do wear masks. No temp checks upon entry.Overall COVID fight rating: 1/5

Very good hotel to taste the best vegetarian food. Their history lies in the way they treat their customers and the quality of food. Today I went there for evening snacks and ended up having Manathakkaali keerai masala dosai and chilli parotta with coffee.Manathakkaali keerai dosai was very tasty and chilly parotta was a bit salty and coffee was superb. Overall, very good reliable hotel with a heritage to speak of.
