Spectacular spectrum mall. Shop floor is empty and few shops are closed maybe covid effect. Can get some toys for kids on the ground floor, children’s play area is closed on the first floor. They are trying to save money even the escalator is not working, maybe hard for elderly people to go up the stairs.We watched a movie in Screen 5 with Dolby surround sound it was an amazing experience, Seats are bigger and spacious. Movie ticket is cheap Rs 150 per person, My daughter love her popcorn while watching the movie and she also liked the doughnut. Popcorn and 2 drinks is a good deal for a family. Choose a nice movie and enjoy watching it in S2 cinemas - best theatre in north Chennai.

Spectrum Mall. People visit this place to watch films at S2 Cinemas. Its a great experience to watch movie here. Nice ambience and ultimate interiors. Rather than this, the mall has a super market in the ground floor, food court and party hall at the second floor and cinemas in the 3rd floor. Huge two wheeler and underground four wheeler parking available. Car wash available at car parking area. Elevator and lift is also available.

Unfortunately they have choosed a wrong place to have this commercial mall. From the day it started they couldnt have a complete mall set up. Its running now only because of movie theaters. That too now in this pandemic situation its feasibility of running is a big question.

This place is not easily noticable from the road, mall is good very large parking lot, nice newly opened food court, S2 cinemas is there that is also decent and nice... when I visited this mall was under renovation

Spectrum Mall is easy to reach and it is near to Perambur railway station.The mall havs Big Bazaar so it is easy to get what u want.The mall has S2 Cinemas which is same as escape in EA well maintained and sound quality is great.The mall open at 8:30 for breakfast service.

The place is well maintained and there are a lot of fun events going on. S2 cinemas is also well maintained there. Temperature check is done and sanitizer is given at the entrance. Its a great place to spend the weekend with your friends and family.

Not equal with other famous mall like skywalk or other S2. Its ok for movie only.. No other famous shops.

Not the bestest of malls in the city.It is a comparatively very small mall in the city in terms of space and shops.There will be not much options for shopping.The cleanliness and maintenance is also not up to the mark.Car parking facility is okay.Food courts are very bad.The only better thing here is that if hosts the S2 cinemas by SPI.S2 Cinemas might be the one major reason this mall is being visited.Needs to improve.👍

Had a good time watching movies at S2 perambur.

The mall needs to be painted, maininted and lit properly. As of now it looks like a haunted one. Bike parking is technically just parking your bike where ever you want around the building but thankfully inside the premise. Revised tariff for parking was not posted. Ticket vendors need to be present early by 6:30 atleast so as to tend to the customer of S2 cinema theatre. Signages should be properly kept.But SPI delivers its promised experience at this site like any other of its branches. The screen was sort of a bit dirty and it was visible throughout the movie.A/C was bit low and it became stuffy after the first half.Didnt try the Big Bazaar outlet though.Overall its an ok place.

The theater is in this mall is maintained better and hand sanitizers are provided as well the temperature is checked in the entrance . Yet one of the escalator has not been working literally for years. Two wheeler parking charge is affordable.

This mall does not have any shops. Earlier it had big bazar which is closed now. The best part of this mall is s2 perambur. Well everyone knows about spi cinemas.

Watching during pandemic; the crowd was less. The seats were labelled to maintain social distancing. Popcorns were given with seasoning sachet instead of pumping them.

This is well accessible mall that houses s2 cinemas. The car parking area is very good but the two wheeler parking area is not good, its very open,i felt like we need to park our vehicle at our own risk.earlier there were so many stalls but now half of them have vacated. If you happen to go in the late evening then there is a chance that the only restaurant (that offers dinner menu) available there might have been closed.but on the brighter side ,the ambience of the place is very good and the play area is really nice.kids will enjoy.

Apart from s2 cinemas there is nothing much to spend time here as there is no renowned food court or restaurant available... May be if more shops pops in there are some chances to spend leisure time here but at this point only for cinemas its worth otherwise nothing much!

There is nothing inside the mall except the S2 Cinemas. The food court is absolutely worst with only one option, it is like a local fast food & seems they may also shutdown soon since there was nobody to order and eat. The shops were completely vacant and the parking charges are too high for such poor standard mall. Per hour two wheeler parking @ RS 30. Local residents can visit this place to watch movies, since the parking charges are high, request the local residents to reach by public, Ola bike or shared transportation to avoid paying the parking charges.

The Mall is no more a Mall, most of the shops are closed. None of the Escalators are working. In Food court only 2 shops are in working condition. Parking charge is High for Open parking of 2 Wheeler. Its operational only because of the S2 Cinemas.

It was under going construction or maintenance when I visited in 2017 summer. I think the work is finished now and hopefully the ambience is better to spend some quality time. Not extremely big complex but decent enough to meet all the needs.
