Most horrible set of staffs employed!(Pls read till the end)Next time when a client visits the store kindly ensure these people do not work there. I have visited the store on 15th September 2021. Evening around 7:30.I had come to store to make some purchase (necklace with earrings) along with my Mother and Grandmother. These people didnt even care to come forward and show their Jewellery just because they JUDGED us (my mom n grandmom) at the first place which was so evident. It wouldnt have taken me a moment to insult them on the spot but I didnt want to get down to their standards. There was a Male and a female employed who were busy laughing and talking...First of all excuse me! The Jewellery I wanted to purchase would have been your months salary! This isnt out of attitude but out of sheer anger!I simply walked out and went to Malabar which was right opposite. I feel so bad for the owner! They must ensure that they employ right set of employees especially for such a reputed Brand!I hope such ppl arent employed the next time I visit the store!Yours,Shreshta,Celebrity Stylist 🙂

Please do not buy in compliments(phoenixmall branch). Its fraud, first they showed a big complimentry item (bag)before the billing and when onced billed they said they had changed item ended up giving a 500rs worth bracelet. I suggest u purchasing in a another beach as the staff and manger were so rude and in willing to help you out
