I bought an AC in summers from this store. It was a Lloyds ac. The companys (Lloyd) installation turnaround time is 4-6 hrs after delivery. They quoted 48 hrs. Because reliance installs this product since u bought from them. And didnt come even after 48 hrs. Response is very bad.

I went to buy hdmi cable and they told it is out of stock without even checking. After returning home when i checked it in their site reliancedigital.in, it is available for delivery or store pick up from the same store i have visited reliance digital - velachery (one of the branch in chennai). After continuous follow-ups for 9 days after purchase, they are saying it will take another week for giving me new laptop.Buying any electronics from Amazon kind of online seller would be a safe move then going with these kind of broken dealers. Will never recommend this store to anybody.All the executives were eager to watch the celebrity program in the ground floor in the tv. Nobody cared our requirement. After going to 2nd floor, executives were trying to convince us to get the ac which fetch them more commission, rather asking our priority. A supervisor came to argue when we said about the offer seen in the reliance website. He said it’s untrue and made us feel like we are telling some lies. Worst service.The ladies are looking like dolls rather than sales executives. They don’t even know to explain the specifications.wonder who is the head for this Center. Such a worst.
