Today is my special day I thought..because I’m going to take my Metor 350.. but Dino motorcycle spoil entire mood and my bike too. In my new bike too many scratches it’s not looks like a new bike unwashed and poor in delivering the bike. Especially in silencer and silencer guard is in damaged condition. Once I identified this things they are changing the parts. Beware of Dino motorcycle showroom. And main thing no timely delivery on committing date.Don’t spoil everyone dream… everyone is paying…

Poor service. Water wash is not done properly, when we ask they say - only this can be done in rude way. They apply chain lube without cleaning the chain during service. After service when they deliver the vehicle, it won’t look like a serviced vehicle, it will be more likely not washed, full of oil spills in seats and all over the vehicle.There was lots of scratches in my left mirror when I asked about it, they said it won’t cover under warranty even though it is under warranty ( < =1 year) and I had to pay for it (Rs 500 approx).Every time when I leave my vehicle classic 350 for service, by default they change the two small bulbs in the front and charge for it. When i ask they said, it is fused. But it was working fine when I left the vehicleThere are many more complaints tooThey are literally cheating customers, i see many customers have the same compliant when I visit the service centreThey are just killing the RE brand perception

Its definitely worth giving the best review to the Dino Motorcycles. From the day 1 for the sales I have visited I was extremely overwhelmed by the sales team and especially I would appreciate Mr.Regans efforts. After then comes the service and the CRM team which always made me comfortable in their way of approaching for the service. Royal Enfield - Dino Motorcycles, Ambattur is getting really pathetic with their service and after sales support. They want to employ persons with genuine idea on how to meet the clients.This is what happened :The service person taken out my vehicle for their personal use and went to somewhere 30kms (up only) and kept my vehicle outside premises for one full night and returned on the next day. When I confronted them, They said they are on test-ride. this reply came right out from their Manager Mr.Lok*** which is hilarious and arrogant at same time. Since I had GPS in my vehicle, I was able to confront them well before my vehicle reached the location on the next day. They did not even fixed my problem. infact, they screwed up my bike and I had to replace my entire cylinder assembly including cam shaft. This shows their worst and pathetic approach and their transparency. I strictly dont recommend this place for anything. Dont get cheated.

This is the second time I have given my bike for service .1. In December 2019 , when I had given , immediately , the second day after service ,the front disk brake got detached.We tried contacting the service centre . After few days ,they serviced it again.Also ,horn was not working , it was repaired and again it went unserviceable within few months.2. Since this is the only near by service centre ,and others are very far away , I had to give the bike for service here again in July 2021 , & I insisted to the service rep that the service should be proper.This time , while delivering the bike, they said that they cannot repair the horn since it has a cut out system which they claimed I had got it fit from outside ,although I did not give my bike anywhere else for the sevice after 2019 December .Also they didnt inform me anything about the cut out system in 2019 when they repaired the horn.Neither they informed me about this in 2019 nor was the service proper at that time , still when I again gave them a chance , they were rude to me for asking my queries.Especially the store manager LOKESH , whose behaviour was totally arrogant and rudely balmed the issue on me .Later , SENTHIL , the service rep , patiently explained the issues & listened to our grievance.Though the issue is not solved , & sevice is still secondary , there is a way to treat the customers ,which the store manager lokesh should learn .

Very worst experience when i took Meteor 350. No professional Handling, Bike was not clean, Staffs were not responsive. Worst showroom to take a bike delivery. Please choose some good showrooms in city.Also for the service part, when there is no professional handling. The service icon is still blinking even after I got serviced from them. I given first service after I bought re 350 classic, before giving service, the bike was so good and clutch was so easy and flowing very smooth no vibration and my parking light also fine, after given the first service my clutch was so bad and parking light was gone and chain was too tight.... Whether you guys have proper trained staff or not.. And asking on that day itself these constraints they saying after two days it will be good it shouldnt be the answer..Worst service I had..

I have ordered Continental GT650 Rockers Red on 22nd March. During the time Mr.Regan (a humble man sales team lead) has communicated my bike will be delivered within 60 days. I cant wait for long since I have been waited for 10 years to get my dream RE bike. After my request he helped me to get my GT within 6 days. That was awesome, thrilled and much excited to receive my GT. Finall received. Thanks for multiple times to Regan and special thanks to my wife bcoz it is my birthday gift....

Worst Service experience. Service Consultant- Senthil Krishnan doesn’t have any technical knowledge and very rude behavior with customer. He has cheated me by charging more. Given estimate for Rs. 800 and collected Rs. 2700.

Service was done neatly and the staff explained the bill in detail. However Raj the service consultant were very unprofessional. Once the vehicle is ready they will send a notification with consultant number but this person did not respond and finally when he attended the call he simply said wrong number. Interiors well done. The lights used are the headlight of bullet that fuses some creative idea in the design of the showroom. As far as sales is concerned the service is good, but once the sale is over, they treatment is worst. Cleanliness of the workshop reception is worst. All old parts vehicle waiting for parts are all dumped at the cash paying counter. Irritating staff in the service center. Never accept for their mistake keep arguing to wade away their responsibility.

This is one of the worst service center with minimal professionalism.. First, service cost is maximum. One after the other, service consultant will call you and inflate the service cost gradually. Second, water washing is not done for most of the customers. If anyone complains then a sham dust up will be done. Its painful to receive the bike like that. Third, till now I havent received my service invoice after repeated calls.

The worst ever service I recommend every royal Enfield holders not to give for service here. I gave my bike with the complaint of chain adjustment and borken Rear brake pedal. Now the brake pedal is fine but the chain gives me a disgusting sound. And I noticed a silver colour pallete which is used to join the chain if it is broken... But since the date I have bought the bike.. Chain hasnt been broken. Or I havent given to any local mechanics also. They have changed it without my knowledge. Am gonna raise complaint upto consumer level about this issue

I gave my classic 350 for service and clearly mentioned that back break was having some issues but it was not fixed, returned back and the service guy said that they will take care of it in next service. Expecting someone to drive a bike with broken break until next service? This is the level of service you can expect from this service center.
