Neat showroom. Mr Kannan in sales team did a great job. Delivered the vehicle on time and explained patiently all the procedures. Delivered the exchanged vehicle documents even though I am not aware of the same.

Money minded, showroom for only higher people not for the middle class family. If you have money they lick your feet. I booked a vechile GIXXER SF. Next day they sold it to someone who paid fully which I was booked, totally fake. Now I bought some other showroom in Chennai.

They have made me to travel 18km for a 3rd -free service as they didnt even provide me any nearby service rather than they wanted me to come to the same showroom to leave for 3rd service. I can write a story with there negligence. It has been 4 days since i was trying to get my bike service done. Taken as granted and marked my 2nd service as done without my knowledge.Did nothing.. and asked Rs.531.00 for service.. No any payment method available other than Cash/Bank transfer. (Easypayment like Gpay/Phonepe/PayTM not available)where i need to send additional amount to the delivery person to convince and take from his account.

I have visited for my free service. They done quickly with in 40 mins my suzuki Access is Ready. But they have charged Rs. 422, for my free sevice it is including oil change. I dont know when we purchase bike/scooter they have offered free services but after purchased the bike/scooter they have charged some amount for all the free services. Not only this show room it is happened in all show room. I am happy only they have completed the service quickly.

If you are in the range of medavakkam dont go to Adambakkam suzuki service centre (pramaan), go to this service centre MPC . The guys at MPC are very polite and make customer satisfaction their number one priority. They even let you see the service work which theyre doing. They inform you thoroughly about the engine oil which theyre gonna use in your bike before changing it.The guys at pramaan are rude and they dont even let you see your bike while its getting serviced. They dont answer your questions clearly.The guys at MPC are too good they even fixed the Hard shifting of the gear even when I didnt ask them for it.The customer lounge at pramaan is near to worse, water will always be leaking from the ac unit and the chairs there are too hard to sit for long periods.The lounge at MPC is far better than pramaan. They have comfy cushion chairs, good air conditioning and drinking water.In conclusion if you want your bike in good hands go to MPC..... DONT GO TO PRAMAAN

Unnecessary charges they try to charge

Good but not sure why they not even checked the condition of the clutch cable on full service even though mentioned about that in compliant list. It was just cut off next day of the delivery after service. Reference image below.

Great service. Staffs are more kind here. I went for a battery replacement there and it was replaced within 3 days. They asked me for 5 days time due to corona issues. Even I had my first service of my Access 125 here. They noted all my issues and solved it. Keep it up guys !

PLEASE DONT GET HINDUJA LEYLAND FINANCE from this MPC showroom or anywhere guys actually i have bought two wheeler finance in hinduja they have putting high interest rate apart from bank i cant able to pay EMI in this corona period and i have not applied moratorium also but the finance manager is saying if u applied or not they will put moratorium interest rate for these months for 50k they putting 20k interest and they are telling me to pay this and get NOC ( SO MY KIND REQUEST DONT GET FINANCE IN THIS COMPANY BETTER PUT IN BANK GUYS )

Visited to change rear shock absorber and gave for full service. As soon as you go there sevice person equires and take request by creating job sheet. And they will take care of everything. Satisfied with service.

I have received best service experience with MPC Suzuki. I have requested for wait and take. Service done within 1 hr. I have noticed that the technician checked every parameters including gear oil and tyre pressure also. Many centers and not doing. I would have more happy if they do finally the Co test which shows emission and milage. Good guidance given to technicians by the manager and management. Within no time the job card prepared and closed. Very happy service. I recommend Suzuki customers can get good service here. Thanks to the service team.

Visited for vehicle service. They are really good in customer service. While leaving my vehicle they hav noted the issues i have with the vehicle. Later again the service engineer calls and confirm the issues to resolve. I forgot to mention few faults still they rectified it.The key point to have a good service is make the service within tuesday to thursday, irrespective of the service centre.This is the third time i left the vehicle for service in this place. As of now i hv dont have any hard feelings with them.

I liked the servicing quality, far better when compared to my previous experiences. They did whatever I told them to do, moreover, they went a step ahead and fixed other minor issues too. I was used to getting suggestion to change batteries, because self-start would not work many of the times. But here, at MPC, they fixed it without changing the batteries. - a happy customer 🙂

Bad customers response no quality representative and bad response

Sales Part:Overall good experience on getting new bikes...after sales support is also good especially with sales executive Vijay.. he is more professional and deliver what ever promised.Service Part:Completed first service and they added 100rs as consumables for grease, anti rust oil, polish and clothes which no other service centre would charge for these items. Refused to pay those and they agreed to remove the same from next service. Please ensure you check this items in bill and remove the same before paying for free and paid services. Apart from this no other issues faced.

My bike is in superb condition before giving service, its a nightmare for me after that.

Going from good to bad to worse now... Never recommended...When this center was first launched, they had a chief mechanic who was awesome. Now hes moved out n the current one is just useless. All the best Suzuki... If the center manager is seeing, my bike is still there and delivery is still delayed.

Gave good discount on my Access 125 purchase. Service is also good.04Oct2019Lots of big scratches in my vehicle after the second service. Major scratches in both the sides and front mudgaurd. On enquiring they act innocent. Useless fellows. I complained them about this and they said their manager will call me back. Hes still trying to call me since a week 😈

Bought burgman a year ago. Burgman accessoires selling more than the mrp during delivery. Insurance also in quotation they quoted around 8-9k but wen i recieved the insurance it was 6k. They couldnt even able to explain the features of the bike. How to lock and unlock the bike. Not worth at all. Though the bike is good dealership experience is bad.

Service was nice. Thanks for the service for picking up my maxi scooter. I was struck 6kms away from the showroom. Having pick up services for bike is really good. The service was also nice and it was much easy to drive back bangalore. And easily touch the max speed (95 km/hr).

Worst Customer care. I bought a Suzuki Intruder, 11 months ago and the chain sprocket is giving us a problem. This has been raised to service team from the 2nd service to replace it as it falls under warranty. All they say is they need approval and take photos and nothing else. The worst ever dealer.

No Stars... Worst Services. Had taken my bike on 13th August as my seat got jammed. There was no other complaints with the bike. Since i wanted a general service, I left the bike there asking for a service.Thought they managed to open up the seat and get my belongings in an hour, the service was WORST. The Girl from the service center calls me on the same day evening saying the bike is ready after service and i can pick it any time. But I could go only the next day. I was at the service center on 14th August 10AM. But the bike was not even Washed. I donna what was the service they did. I had to wait till 11 AM for the Water wash guy to come and then wash and give the bike.. I dont understand why they had to call me and give false information when nothing is done. I was charged 1450 just for that two minute water wash???!!! Now after Service my bike was having number of problem.. Indicator not working.. Excessive consumption of petrol, going off when i stop for signal.. throwing up when i slow down... I asked them to take the bike again and service again...They took a home pick up on saturday and gave back the bike on Monday later evening.. only resolved issue is indicator working..even before service my bike was working great.. now its so damn irritating... getting off on the goo.. thrwoing up.. loose brakes! WORST WORST...
