Good service apartment and its very near by for kanchi kamakoti childs trust hospital and reasonable price (1800₹ ) for A/c room

I strongly recommend this hotel to business travellers. I stayed at Gem Parc while travelling to Chennai for business purpose and the place has an awesome location and is closely located to the US Embassy. Rooms are fitted with all modern amenities which provide the best and comfort for a business traveller. The room service menu is excellent and they deliver the service quite fast. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with a good spread. The place has amazing offerings in terms of food and beverages.

The overall experience was not very good. The behaviour of the manager is very rude and uncultured. Refused to give room for future booking with id-DQTP5629 for payment made through online. The breakfast for last day also not provided. Very pathatic service. OYO should look into this matter and list hotels only with good service. I am thinking about going Consumer Forum about this matter.

Location wise perfect, staff was good too. Cleanliness can be improved. WIFI service was not good

Unclean rooms. Unwashed towels and bed linens. Worst service. Not up to the standard of any OYO rooms. 1500+ is too much for this room. You will get better services and clean rooms for two third of this price in Chennai. This never should be a preferred hotel to stay in Chennai for family.

It was very weird trying to stay in one room of an apartment. But it was also homely. Your experience depends on your neighbors. Amenities are good. Service from hotel is slow. An ok place to stay.

Nice rooms. Only drawback is there is no attached restaurant. And no good restaurant or tiffin centre near by

I couldnt able to share my washroom experience in your app too coz its not working. Toilet bowl was broken and lekage of water from the heater to. Please improve the quality of the room service as well as your app to and in reception thy r forcing us to put high star ratings in front of them. I had spend 1800rs which is not even worth for rs500. Dispointed

They dont have restaurant. The manager is unprofessional and rude. They give breakfast as 2 dead idly, one dead vada which would be soggy and greasy. I would not recommend anyone to book or stay in this hotel....

Not a good experience staying here In this service apartment.To start with we had booked room for three and were given a small room I spite of paying advance a week ago.Second the room which we got water was leaking through AC .We got the room changed the next day.The second room , had water flowing all over the guyser .And last but not the least we cannot expect clean bedsheets pillow covers.Lame excuse given by reception person is , the guy who was responsible for maintainance last week is out of town now.

Oyo and this hotel guys are cheaters, I booked through oyo, they rejected my checkin, and forced to pay double amount to stay, rooms are dirty, cheater oyo did not refund my money

Free WiFi, big ventilated rooms with balcony, near to US Consulate, hospitals such as Sankara Nethralaya, Apollo, etc., also near to Chennai Central, good staff, decent breakfast.. What else required to stay there within your budget? (Approximately between Rs. 800 to Rs. 1500)

It is actually a Cheap hotel. No water heater was working in morning. Room service Staff was saying to give me bucket of hot water from another room...!!! Even bedsheets were not seems clean. Its a shame to give star rating to dis hotel. A service apartment cum rooms. Morning complementary breakfast provided. There was no hotwater available eventhough it was rainy season. The gieser was not working. Request to provide hotwater for taking bath in the morning is not responded promptly on first day and on second day no hotwater provided at all. As a result we three had to bath cold water early morning. The room C3 provided to us did not look or feel like a OYO room.

Its not a hotel,it just provides u lodging but no fooding... its ok ok but not a very exciting place

T v, a/c, was not working, no proper maintenance, they where asking for additional amt for water bottle which such ACtually be complementary

Food served is not upto the mark and even the room maintenance is not matching OYO standards.

Gud budget hotel in Nungambakkam with easy access to Child Trust hospital and US consulate

Its an average service apartment which is converted to Oyo room.It had no toiletries, no set top box in room ( hardly 10 English & hindi channels).The telephone wasnt working, noone cleaned the room during the 3 night stay.

Mindless housekeeping staff..they dont know any language other than their native language...managers re good..please change the housekeeping boys and recruit who are proactive and do the things using their minds..
