Rooms are with all facilities but kinda small one for 4 people. Staffs are very polite even the security. Food is good but not best. But i had no windows in my room

Such a wonderful place to stay in Chennai. It’s exactly located in Big street, Triplicane which is just 10 minutes away from Central station. Good room service, staffs were very polite and had quick response for the requests. I had the best tea in this hotel and it was complimentary. It was quite worth the price. I would definitely prefer to stay in Al Noor whenever I goes to Chennai.

Decent Room with Poor ServiceI stayed in Hotel for one night only and my experience was very bad regarding the In-Room dining service.I reached to Hotel late night and shocked to know that they dont provide food after 11.00 PM.Even they are not ready to provide milk or tea.24 hours room service with limited menu is always pat of the basic service of any Hotel.

I stay there for 1 week Me and my wife had an amazing experience at Al Noor Palace Hotel I can say best luxury hotel in chennai, Triplicane with cheap prices. Nothing weve experienced before.Secondly about the services from restaurant is amazing like breakfast,lunch as well as dinner. Staffs service was very nice and they are very polite, friendly,kind hearted and well experienced specially restaurant manager Majnoor he take care about me like its my home.Food was very good taste.. It was certainly an experience I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.Thanks and miss you all

The staff and owners do not even understand H of hospitality. They strongly believe in making fun of their guests, running only because of its tie ups with few of websites. I am sure that they will be out of business if they move out of arrangements with websites. Rooms are too small even to be called as rooms. Breakfast is not served but thrown on the guests as they neither have a restaurant nor any tables in the room. Overall one of the worst experience ever had.

Avoid!This is by far one of the worst hotels I have stayed at, not sure how it has got the rating it has. The general hygiene within the room is poor - the beds are stained. I stayed in 2 rooms in this hotel as my first room I noticed bed bugs crawling on me and took a video of them on the bed to show to the hotel. They changed my room very quickly (only positive) the second room was not much better.Location is also not that safe for solo female travellers - I really would avoid this hotel unless you want to have to throw all your clothes away because of bed bugs.

Such a nice place to stay at Chennai. I just preferred, if rooms are little bit spacious other than super quality service and ambience. Owner Mr Ameen,he is truly gentle man and knows how gives honour.Even at the restaurant i received quality service from the restaurant manager and awesome food from chef. I am truly delighted with their hospitality.

This was my second time here and had a great experience as expected. I enjoyed Bengali style food as they have a chief from Kolkata. Manjur, the restaurant manager also speaks in Bengali. The stuffs understand your needs and make you feel like home.Thanks for your great hospitality. Highly recommended.

A hotel with high a standard at a very low cost. Most of the hotels will charge for early morning check-ins and late check-outs but here the owner is very polite, he understands my concern and he made the bill at a very affordable cost. Instead of booking through a third party try the number available in Google youll get it in a cost lower than the one showed in booking apps.

Awesome place ...1k per day rent is awesome . We had booked a suite room for a Groom to be and trust me the hotel rooms are soo good ... I dont rate 5 * to rooms usually but this one is equisitely goodReceptionists are pretty like air hostess 😝😝

Me and wife stay there for 1 month for medical purpose...An amazing place to stay,the room was clean,and very comfortable. All the staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and very polite front desk staffs, House keeping is very sincere..The food and sevice in the restaurant is very quality and amazing and specially restaurant supervisor Maznur simply hes a good person and have all the qualities...he did a great effort for me all the time and makes me happy 😁 breakfast food is very good...Thanks everyone and will definitely come back again..

Not so pleasant experienceThe hotel is just ok but the location is pathetic. We arrived for business late night and left the next day. Rooms are ok but bathrooms are pathetic. No toiletries except for some liquid soap in awful looking dispenser. Breakfast is fine.Difficult to get Uber or cabs near the hotel.

Its all about the cash!!Not in right job as they are not welcoming or hospitable people! The apts are nice on outside but grotty inside. Yuk! Couldnt wait to go home to sleep and feel clean hated the hospitality here. Rip off

Horrible service1Initially rooms assigned on 2nd floor. Bathroom was smelling, they changed to the third floor. Only one towel was provided in each room. After multiple(3) requests also extra towel to match the number of people was not provided. In the night we complained again, first a used towel and then torn towel was provided. The AC with heater was not heating and the temperature was not increasing as per our requirement, in both the rooms. Separate heater was then provided. Rooms were not cleaned properly since the previous guest left. Bathroom shower partition door was missing, water splashing all over the bathroom and steaming up. Service provided is very poor. Staff don’t seem bothered and unruly. Dental kit was also not provided. We had to separately request for it. For the price we’re paying this is not justified.

Pathetic experience in this hotel during visit to chennaiI had booked a room for myself, spouse and 6 year old daughter, i was carrying my adhar card and wife has only pan card, with her clear photo and name. I have book this reservation thorugh Ibibo app, hotel management didnot allow us to checkin after 10 hrs journey from Kerala to chennai& finnally they refuse to checkin inspite of full paymentthat time I thought Whether i am in India or in some other country, such rude staff and behaviour from hotel management, i never forget in my life

Not worth for your MoneyIts a 3 Star Hotel., but I dont see that quality at all. Receptionist was horrible , she doesnt even greet the guest. I took a executive Room, but dont feel that worth at all; Bath Rooms were ok., we dont get for what we pay.

Truly a Business class experience from al noor palace. Room was neat and crystal clean and i love the lighting in the room as well as lobby area. Bathroom was Way too clean and the amenity kit quality was at top notch. And as i foodie i love their food from the 7Grills hotel they have different menu and so many foods to try and they are delicious. They exceeded my expectation level. Truly a place for solo as well as family travellers. Forget not to mention the staff there was extremly friendly and helpfull.♥♥♥

All I have to say is its just amazing. My family stayed for 3 days and we had such a great hospitality. The rooms were comfortable with 24hrs hot water which was a great deal for us. They do have a great rooftop restaurant on top named 7 Grills and the food offered there are just mouth watering. Great staff and the manager was so friendly with us helping us organising our car rentals. Good luck guys for your amazing hospitality and I will definitely visit Al Noor Palace once again.

Very nice Hotel, rooms are small but Very Clean , owner himself monitors the services , He is Very Good Human Being , all staffs are very good , Majanu in Restaurant, Mani in House keeping and Preethu at Reception are outstanding individuals in terms of Customer Care , their behavior and response is highly appreciable .

Poor service, dirty roomsStayed at this hotel for 4 days. Some of the staffs at reception were very rude, not at all helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned well and not maintained. Food was also not at all good. We all got food poisoning after taking breakfast from the buffet. Would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Mattresse and pilow are exclusively soft, neat and maintained. The food offer is awesome, delicious and tasty. Variety of breakfast items with quality and taste available. I suggest it must be include in package while booking. The person name Majnur Rehman who manages all, is very experienced, polite and knowledgeable. Food taste of this restaurant makes this lodging memorable.

Such a warm hospitality at Chennai,location wise it is easy to move anywhere of city.Each and every stuff gives us best of service, from the Onwer Mr.Ameen,such a nice and man of soil, simply empress me with his warm hospitality and his simplicity. Restaurant Captan Mr.Rahman gives us just like 5 star restaurant service. Chefs Mr.Nil Komol are super awesome. Lastly i am leaving with a great feelings.🙂

New and clean hotel.The rooms are not large but functional and easy to use.I think it is suitable for business stays and sightseeing stays of about two days.The facilities are clean and comfortable.There is no window, refrigerator and safe in the room.Breakfast at the restaurant was South Indian style and the type of food was simple but taste good.The area around the hotel is convenient but garbage is not good, but this hotel is shining.I want you to keep it clean forever.It was a good stay.

I stay there for 3 nights with my family. I just simply had to say, They are giving quality service at a competitive price with cordial hospitality. Each of the people of the Hotel are so much cordial and they are always ready to serve you with a smile. Its will be unjustified for the 7 Grills restaurant if I dont talk about it. The restaurant is well decorated.They are always concern about the satisfaction of the customer regarding the food.

My family from Canada had a wonderful stay for 3 nights here. The staff was exceptional, check in was fast and courtious. Housekeeping staff was great. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The restaurant amazing. Servers had great recommended dishes. Very happy with our stay. The value here is unbeatable.

The first impression of the hotel was really nice.All new, Well decorated, comfortable, Very nice establishment like 5 Star rooms with nice secure parking and nice front desk staff.Additionally, we had a top quality dinner at the roof top restaurant @ 7 GRILLS. I had the best Tandoori & thawa chicken with a refreshing salad, I have to say thank you to everyone who made our stay so totally relaxing and enjoyable.

Potential to be a very good hotel. Very beautiful and well decorated. But came out short in breakfast, rooms were tiny, so had to pay for the upgrade, even though we booked the mentioned room from booking dot com.
