Room are clean, very near to consulate n biometric. Owner is very very helpful. This is the best place to stay for new comers. Service boy does cleaning n washing of vessels and gets filter cold n normal water n number of times. It’s like home. Worth a stay

It is very hard to rate this place. They actually have a tie up with OYO as OYO Gemini flyover, Chennai. The place location is good and near to consulate and hospitals. The under 2k/night budget rooms are inside a apartment and for the budget they are great. Their hospitality is great. 24/7 water is available and geyser s are functional. Finding room service for variety of food is a challenge and there are other minor issues due to low visitors. But rest assured there are great restaurants in the vicinity, and ordering food is very easy from there. Overall 4/5. They are not yet great, but have the potential to be.

High price and low quality rooms. Ill not go again to this apartment. Smoking smell is there in every room. I had shift two times within a day different rooms even though I booked it in advance and paid for 1.5 day. Limited breakfast quantity.Im giving 3 stars due to hosts good attitude and helping nature.

Anyone travelling to Chennai for US VISA purpose should consider staying at this service apartment. Clean rooms and toilets, good air conditioning, friendly hosts and very attentive service staff. 10 minutes walk to the US consulate as well as the biometrics department.

Good hosts excellent location and responsive staff. Could do better with air conditioner but its not a big deal.

This is really a good choice especially for the US visa appointments. I booked this home stay for my in-laws and the hospitality , help, cleanliness, food provided are beyond the expectation.

Even though after confirming the booking no rooms available..place not maintained well, full of dust and dogs roamimg and urine smell across. no reception no one to guide..after calling the owner he says i will give you accommodation in another location which is 1 km from there. Pathetic

Lovely place to reside here..!!! Stayed for 1 week.. loved the place..very courteous...lovely Ambience as well..!!! Cost is pretty reasonable ..!! Definitely Value for Money..!!!

Bathroom was not clean .water was running all through the day.shower curtain wall full of fungus.never go there again.

There is no hotel at this place. I went there to find just residential apartments. Seems it is moved, dont book it.
