My first in store experience with nykaa ...I went for picking my foundation shade staffs really helped me to pick my perfect shade..They were very polite and helpful in choosing my products according to my skins need.Had a great shopping experience

Heres my experience @Nykaa,The Manager or the sales staff..I am not sure who it is..they dont care about what we want..all they repeat even before we go near the products is not to touch...I clearly told her ...I am just havig a look..I am fine..but all she kept telling us was please dont touch anything seriously??? Why you ppl ask to sanitize before entering the shop ?? Other shops in the same building dont follow such ridiculous rules!! I went to MAC and did my shopping peacefully..pls educate the staff to handle the customers politely..this is definitely my last visit to this place @ Nykaa - Phoenix Mall

The place has got wide collections of cosmetics for Women and few collections for men too... Went for shopping for my wife, was very satisfying and the price range was definitely affordable. The shop representatives could have been little more cheerful. Definitely a must place to go to....

Worst customer experience. Im not saying this after a one time experience.. Ive been there over 5-6 times and every time I go there, I think ok this time theyll be better but noooo! Theres so much attitude and unwillingness to help the customer, its unbelievable. For someone who is a loyal Nykaa customer online, the least the staff could do is attend. I picked up a few things but decided not to bill and just left the store immediately due to lack of customer service. Their attitude really put me off and my whole shopping experience that I no longer feel like visiting the store and for a while even contemplated buying on Nykaa. Also, this is my first ever bad review online - just goes to show how annoyed I am with their service. I wish to give them 0 stars but cant so will go with 1 star.

Stepped in and asked a simple question that could pop up in anybody’s mind - “Does this store give the same offers and products as on Nykaa app?”. And the staff guy laughs at me as if he is gonna pay for my bills. He doesn’t even bother asking what product I want or persuade me to buy something. I don’t mind buying without offers, but provide service to us in a way that we would love to buy. If you think your store is just for celebrities and you want to look down on the middle class people and laugh, better put a board outside saying “Only for the rich”.I would like to let that staff guy know that I earn 20x more than him and asked that question just for general knowledge. With that attitude my boy, you’re not going anywhere in life.Nykaa, if you can’t employ professional staff, better close that store. There are tons of other makeup outlets in Phoenix that provide better service than you. You don’t even bother to change even after so many negative reviews.

Not even a single star worth.. Worst ever customer service.this not the first I’m experiencing it in this store... The service girl has worst ever attitude.. I went to try and purchase products because of her “worst attitude” and “judging behaviour” I left the the shop. This is high time for the management to change the staffs.. though I love your products I really feel irritated to visit store.

Even if the mistake is from their end for giving me the old product, they dont exchange with a new one rather they ask us rudely to get a new product, then leave the store for god sake so that they can attend new customers and vice versa. So much of attitude with Ms. Reni and Mr. Chandru, a bad vibes to the store. After the public humiliation I went through at the store I dont think I would suggest the brand or the store at phoenix mall to my friends or family or my YT channel. Because you would have millions of customers getting 10000s of products and I could be seen like an ant in million who are complaining about the bad products. Please give proper response to the customers who are trying to explain their concerns. You are recruited to help customers not to humiliate or treat a human like a mannequin standing at one corner of the store and hopefully waiting for you guys to respond for the old product you sold.

Not sure why they would even open a store in Palladium if online shopping is what they promote!!Its high time they worked on improving their customer experience!!

The store was well organised, i didn’t have to hunt for what i wanted. It was that secret santa time of the year and i had to surprise a friend. The best part is even one does have hard time figuring things out the super sweet consultants will proactively help you out(cheers to prativa). I think they are really good in gauging on to their customers.
