My hair was very frizzy and rough.. so recently i visited Toni and guy at grand mall Velachery , After consulting with Mr Sugumar , he suggested me to do Keratin treatment so i did keratin treatment, he was very professional and did a great change to my hair , after this keratin treatment my hair feel very soft ,straight ,silky .i really appreciated Toni and guy for great service especially Mr Sugumar.Thank you so much

Its a Tony and Guy outlet in grand square mall in Velachery. Its one of my favourite outlets. I take services regularly here. The hair treatments are good and the products used are the best and clinically proven. Its generally not very crowded, still its preferred to take an appointment in advance.

Got cat eye gel nails, soyia was amazing!!!Loved the outcome!!!

I recommend this place as their services are good.I take my haircut regularly here. I prefer hair stylist sukumar as he is very professional and friendly. He takes time to understand my style and makes me dapper. Happy customer everytime🙂

Ive been doing my Haircut here with the hairstylist Amulraj for past four years. Hes the best when it comes to Haircuts. Worth the price too.

This outlet is one of the best in chennai in terms of service and hospitality. I was easily convinced with their explanation on the haircut as well as the haircut. The stylist sanju is more humble and polite in explaining about the service and the cost of it. The overall experience was awesome and I really loved it.

Im very happy about the hair keratin service done by amalraj at Grand mall outlet.... He is very professional in his work..also I like the hospitality and care by the employees there, would like to continue further services there itself....

I went for my curly hair cut Ms Sanju did a good job she confirmed each and every step before executing it as curly hair shrings a lot once it is dried . She maintained the hair length which I wanted.

I went for keratin treatment for the very first time in my life... I got miss sanju as my stylish.. and I must say that she was soo polite and did her job sooo damn well. Firstly I was soo afraid to go for keratin but now I am sooo sooo happy. She did her job perfectly. She also gave a hair makeover to my frnd and she tooo loves it. Also they are taking full measure during the corona virus outbreak too. Good to see that as well. Thank you soo soo much everyone out there and sanju mam as well.

I love it. Their services are realy an exclusive one. Do try once and you will never ever quit going there. Quality is maintained in all perspective. Each services has specific room which is great. Totally it is superb.

Inexperienced staffs. Will not recommend this place at all. I used to go here regularly however stopped going after they messed up my eyebrows. I had clearly told them to remove only the extras as I have very thin eyebrows already. I could feel that the lady doing my eyebrows was lacking experience as she took good 20 minutes. It was as thin as a line. And they didn’t seem to care about this. I left half way in between. Although i shared my displeasure and feedback they weren’t bothered and took the entire payment also. Very angry and disappointed.

Experience was great. Immense politeness and dedicated staff. I actually went for the very first time for eyebrows and ended having a very great facial and hair cut. Chandha gave me a very wonderful service. I would certainly visit the center just for her.

Did a cool haircut with Sanju and she was really good with her work.. her style of cutting was quite different from what Ive seen so far, but it was damn good... Thank you Sanju :)

Nice place for hair cut.. but not impressed with the spa treatment options available here. Could be much better compared to other outlets of the same brand.

I did keratin treatment and Sugumar has provided me the service.It was really a good experience so henceforth I started visiting often for hair spa and buying the products. Tony and guy in grand mall is maintained clean and friendly staffs. They take care of the clients need very well.

Although I was not a party to take hair cut, it is very nice place from the rush I found there. Neat and clean from an outside view.

Unprofessional stylish ... They gave me a combo pack of trimming, haircut and spa .. after the trim they charged extra for beard styling... Then why should we take the combo... Very much money minded ... you should always inform about the cost of the service before starting it ... I had no other choice apart from paying them cos the service was done already .. 0% satisfied...

This is probably the only Tony & Guy that washes your hair without a shampoo and hurries up to finish your hair cut within 10 minutes. You are better off going to the one inside the pheonix mall. Pathetic.
