Very comfort stay staff very cooperative clean and hygienic hotel recommended to saty in this hotel hot water is only the problem rest is good and mosquitoes are many have to use the jet this is what i experinced in this hotel

Bad smell throughout the room.

I wrongly booked a date on the hotel and goibibo representative helped me within 5 mins to get the date changed.About the hotel, they were extremely okay when I wanted to change the check in time a little early. Also, the hotel is very near to central and metro. Its easily accessible. For people travelling on official purpose, it is preferable.

I am a frequent traveller to Chennai, and silver palace is my only option for past so many years. I never tried to explore any other option only because of their hospitality and customer friendly staffs.

GPS location was wrong... I was made to roam for half an hr to find out its correct location. small rooms.. SC was good n TV s fine... toilet condition needs improvement... hot water s not available even though they claim t s available... actually we booked for couple stay but they have not given second towel until we ask them to provide... reception at hotel s OK... service s OK... location just few min walkable from Chennai central station... they dont have restaurant.. cupboard to keep luggage was soo small.

The BEST Hotel due to its price , proximity to the Chennai Central Railway station and the eateries , Cleanliness, and a Friendly ambiance and very understanding management who was flexible on my Check-Out timing. Good room service, clean from inside, wi-fi, and other services are very good. Hot and cold water in bathrooms. Hot and cold RO water for drinking available twenty four hours via water dispensing machine. Overall very good package provided by the Silver Gate Hotel in Chennai for tourists & the people on business tours.

It is a small guest house, located near corporation building. The entrance is bit odd. It is not on main Street. I had stayed for few hours as trasit guest. Apart from entry, rooms are clean and comfortable. Should not be problem for solo travelers.

Very very whost lodge. but staff behavior is good. waste of money. no clean, solt water, TV problem, dust, current cut, price is 635 no 850 non ac room. bet sheet is damaged. smell and no clean, very whost in the lodge. waste of money.

Location hotel is excellent, connectivity to railway station, airport (by local train) and interstate bus terminals is very easy and cheapest travelling facilities are available from this location. 24×7 food, taxi and auto service are available. White bedsheets, towels, toothbrush kits , soaps and shampoos are very good.

No shampoo, soaps etc not even a BLANKET.7) Very near to the central railway station.8) No food available. Need to go to nearby hotels.( Murugan idly shop was disappointing, national durbar hotel is famous for its Biryani and meat.)9) The lodge is in a shady place. Need to go through a small gali from the main road.10) Very clean toilet (the only good thing I found)11) Beds very not cleanI would suggest this lodge for just a one night/ one day stay like I did.
