We had a small family gathering here and the hall was Ok for such small functions. However the ambience and neatness to be improved as it was looking to be a hall under renovation. And the reception was smelling bad... Need to refresh the reception area

Nice place, clean and looking rich

As I entered the reception, the management was not even concern to give a importance of guest. There was no parking as the underground parking was filled with flooded water of rain which passed 10 days before. And its a cage of 🦟 mosquitos. The management was like what ever happens they dont care except to collect money. Cleaning part is very poor, the common restroom was worse than a public toilet in bus terminal. Totally dissatisfied with the total ambiance..

This is worst hotel. No hot water, not working tv and family pls dont stay this hotel. Working Staff not handling properly worst behaviour.

1) they dont have a restaurant still booked with break fast. no arrangement was made either. we had break fast outside. 2) torn towels. creeping insects, stained linen 3) no toiletries. except only one small medimix soap was provided for 2 people. when asked the person in the reception said he dont know where the soaps are kept4) one one staff is available in the entire hotel from 6 pm till 9 am in the morning. 5) very stinky rooms. when asked they changed to a different room which was less stinky. still the same stained bedsheets. dirty towels. no toiletries 6) paid Rs.2950 per day. booked for 2 days, but stayed only 1 days moved to a different hotel next day 7) pls book and spoil your day

Excellent position, easy to find. The room was much better than I had expected. The service at reception,especially service by manager Mr.Karthi was excellent. He was friendly, helpful & able to provide us our favourite south indian dishes round the clock. I would book again on my next visit to Chennai, will recommend to my friends here in Pune.

This is one the worst place ever to stay. The beds are filled with bed bugs, very dirty bed covers and blankets. In addition there was no hot water available in the rest rooms. In the reception during check in they would promise to get u when needed. They just provided some very very poor quality hand steel water heater (emersion rod) which made the poor quality water buckets melt. Never ever get into this hotel. Worst Nightmare ever.. It was my mistake that I asked someone else to book on my behalf which I had to pay.

Hi All,Good day.It was really a good stay at Grand Treat.The receptionist lady was so cool and polite in handling the customers.Compact and enough sized room for solo and couple stay.Sometimes heavy smoke flame detected on the corridor so avoid roaming out during such times.Dont expect an ultra fast wifi.You will only get a towel and a soap as complimentory instead a water bottle would be appreciable. On the whole it was a good stay.

It is a pretty good hotel for the price. staff good privacy is good. hotel is situated in a very central location were restaurants are close by. The hotel is couple friendly too. Great experience staying here.

The rooms are very small.and the bathrooms are not cleaned and maintained..they are charging 3 star rate.but this hotel is just better than a normal lodge .the bed sheets were white when they bought it now its yellow and dirty.the towel which they give for bath also has the same story. ..As I came here for just fresh up I can bare all these..but if you are coming here for a single day stay with the family or friends I dont think you will like this rooms.

BEDBUGS!!!! BEDBUGS!!!Ya you heard me right !! My worst nightmare ... I’ve never honestly seen bedbugs in my life and I got the pleasure to see in this hotel. Not jus one or 2 but around 20 of them all over our bed. my husband and I took the hotel coz it was too hot at our aunts place without AC .. we went to check in without our luggage .. the ambiance in only cigarette smell . The entire hotel smells like cigarettes !!The owner I suppose, was busy on phone and din care there were customers waiting , while on call he signaled us to wait .. we waited .. A women appeared and she called us and said how we got the rooms as there were no availability, as it was the Wedding season , we said we booked it online. She then asked us , to our face , if we would could vacate the room in 3 hours !!!! I mean what the hell was she thinking??? I literally fumed but politely said we ll be needing the room for 24 hours. ! So there goes the customer service ! My husband suffered with viral fever later that day because of that hotel. This hotel shouldn’t be even operating! How do ppl even consider giving it a 5 star, I’ll never know !!Verdict :My God ! Need I say more !!

This is the worst hotel I can say in chennai, completely become a lodge this hotel. Full hotel sigrate smell. there are some 20 to 30 aged boys(dengerous people, hotel also supporting them), staying in the hotel, hole night they used to disturb everyone by knowing doors and TV volumes. For family its not secure at all. For ladies also. There is no service at all. These hotel cheating people. Too much power cut in the hotel. Dont prefar this hotel.

The hotel is good with basic facilities. however owner refused to provide breakfast. although we booked for it.

When we checked inside the hotel there was teleserial shooting happening, they had simply thrown all their gear, wires and equipments with barely any space to walk inside. The reception lady asked for both of our ids and took copy of them.(I wonder why she took a copy). She asked us to go to second floor and take the room. We went up and found that cleaning people were there mopping the floors. They were making sounds that affected our privacy like anything whole time.The room was so small with 20 year old air conditioner that does not function, the walls were so thin that we can listen to sounds from the next room. Water was not provided, It was not worth the money and we felt hospitality not up to the mark. Couple looking for fun do not book this hotel.

Hey .paying close to *********rs to a single occupancy room have bed bugs in the bed .room is stinky smelling, power cut every half an hour, bathroom was not cleaned before entering the room. only one boy to attend the customers in the hotel .key is not working ...Every time the reception. has to send the boy with a master key to open the door. more over no mobile signal in the room .TV remote was not there .With In the span of 1.30pm to 9.30 pm 3 rooms have been. changed ......total ******** hotel is grand treat .before having links with these kind of hotels please check it properly .

It was one of the biggest mistake of my life. THey did not even had our booking in their system. i Had to show them goibibo email to get the room. Room they gave was so shabby that there was just a sheet over the bed and room was totally dirty. Funny thing is the doors will not open with the card and each time i want to enter the room, i should ask the reception to use keys to open the room. No towels. NO Soaps. NO blankets. No Sheets. I had to ask everything walking in and out of the room. Lady at the front desk was so rude and unwelcoming that you feel like you are at her mercy and staying there for free. If you are going there as a family dont, please dont, i mean it, please dont take this hotel. Whole corridor smells drinks.

It was a big mistake to book a room for myself here. First, during check-in unnecessary questions were asked to me when all the details were already mentioned in the mail. * the customer who is checking in is asked unnecessary questions but a swiggy guy who comes to deliver the food isnt even asked which room number he wants to go to. He knocked at my door taking a mans name and kept on standing there even after telling I havent ordered anything. I blasted at the receptionist and he was behaving as if nothing has happened at all.*It was a horrible experience!

I had very bad stay here. The entrance itself gives the bad smell. They charge Rs.1800, instead of staying in this hotel I could have stayed in a roadside lodge for Rs.500. Bathroom and toilet are kept with very bad maintenance.. Overall worst of worst.
