I panicked while I entered for facial as they told there were no bookings in my name.. as I left my 6 months old baby at home I was really upset. Understanding the situation the staff managed well and made me comfortable. Ms. Sheela gave an awesome facial and could immediately feel the freshness and brightness..

I had visited this place for a hair cut and hair color but after gng there I was told the prices shown online are not correct and they gave me the rate card.. secondly the senior stylist who cut my hair was not confident and seemed very nervous... didnt use proper comb also... very bad experience..

There are no hair stylist for women. One person gave a bad haircut. In my whole life i have never had Bad experience with my hair as i have a very good hair. I am unable to leave my hair loose , thta bad it turned to be. The way he handled the hair also was so bad. The hair cut literally looked like a mens a hair cut coming out of a local salon. Just consoled myself that the hair qould grow up soon.

Went for a haircut and I had the worst experience here. I asked for a senior stylist but I dont think I got one. The one assigned to me was so inexperienced. He gave me a really bad hairwash and got water all over my top. Then he asked me how long i wanted my hair to be. I asked him to show me the length in the mirror and he couldnt even show me properly. He made me stand up and did some circus show with me turning left and right. When i told the length he just chopped off my hair with me standing up so short. He couldnt even comprehend what i was saying ( language was definitely not a problem) I asked for layers on the sides but its so uneven. Its awful. Then coming to the styling part omg! He curled my hair and then messed it up fully by putting serum after curling. Like full on pulled my curls out. And combed with a straight brush. On top of all this he had the audacity to justify whatever he did saying he was right and thats how its done.So I would advice you guys not to waste your time and money here.
