The colouring was incomplete and I didnt even realize it on the day it was done as hed set my hair. They mentioned to rectify the errors caused but now claim to show down the place. Was here for the owners Goodwill but sad that staff have put him down. Wish Id never visited in the first place. Really disappointed.

The colour was beautiful and perfectly blended out with no harsh lines. I felt thoroughly pampered and so confident after it was done. Best experience at a salon! This was my first and and last time at Volt. I’ve visited high end salons like Zique, Toni and Guy and YLG, Bounce etc. This salon charges equally for its services if not more. The appliances like hairdryer and wax are sub-standard. No specialised wax for bikini like that available in YLG. The only positive thing about this salon was their hair stylist/salon director (Prayash) who should have been the salon floor manager as he had the etiquette required to manage a business, greet customers, enquire about comfort. There were staff (15 in number that I counted) roaming the entire span of the floor as if they had nothing to do. No introductions were offered by the technician doing the wax service except by the hairdresser. No pleasantries were offered, I had to ask for water. No masks were worn by staff when I entered, zero social distance was being maintained by staff who were not performing the service. The whole experience was substandard at best. If you go there for any specialised intimate wax - you’ve been warned. Staff has zero training in intimate are wax. Not going to visit again ever.I also had tried to book online through the Volt online contact form and receive no response at all.

Volt had a good gesture in the way they treat there clients and the staffs were so professional and the saloon director knows what he does. The way they handled their client was so good. Which made me feel I can rely on them for any other service.But after this covid things have changed upside downStaffs have changed sallon director was not that professional like the way it was before. The way the manager responds has also came down.I usually dont give such negative comments.Well I get that this saloon has also got stuck with the wave of worst staff which will obviously bring down there name and purpose. I hope this comment help them get back to there previous volting.Feeling sorry for volt.

After my first bad experience my second one was satisfactory, there hair spa is really really amazing. I loved the experience. Still i not for the hair cut with them.

I took the services of Volt’s bridal team for my wedding and reception. The entire team was amazing! They dolled up closed to 10 women excluding me and the work was done to perfection. There was no complaint from any of us regarding the work done. All of them listened to us patiently and made sure that we got the look we desired. The best bridal team ever!

At Volts style bar I was pleasantly surprised by an exotic clean up done by Sathya .The products were truly soothing on my skin and Sathyas professional hands made my skin come alive and glowing..I am absolutely happy with their treatment and would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice festive glow..great ambiance and friendly staff ...

Had a terrible first experience. The person doing my hair and beard (senior stylist) did not have the required experience. He left my beard patchy...I had to involve the management staff and another stylist to fix the beard but the damage was already done and they tried to fix it in whichever way they could. The second stylist who fixed my beard was smelling of cigarette smoke so heavily that I could barely breath with him next to me. The management did not charge me for the beard...but they fail to understand that just by not charging for the service it doesnt relieve then of the responsibility towards the customer. There wasnt much I could do.

They are Extremely helpful, very friendly, always smiling, attentive, generous and not the least but tactful with every customer. That stylist listened to me carefully and help me understand how can I get good quality hair back. She saved my hair and my confidence. Since then I have not tried any other hairdresser for more than past one year. She always gives me better tips than google when it comes to my hair and it works.I must mentioned that all their staffs are groomed nicely with cleanliness and hygiene friendly too. They all are very obedient, calm and always welcome every client with big smiles on their faces. I have never seen them tiered whether being first client or being last client of the day. Always energetic I must say.I have my faith in them like a family as they treat me one like theirs.I wish them all the very best and rock like always

The worst place in chennai. Booked an appointment 4 days in advance for my babys first haircut. Reached there on time, no staff was there. On repeatedly asking them Noone turns up on time. They change my appointment from 10.30 to 12 without prior confirmation. Had to walk out without a haircut during festival times. Will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Super disappointed.

I just got a haircut done from a stylist from Volt commonly called as Nish. He is just amazing. He knows exactly what should be done to give you a proper makeover. The place as such is very stylish and has good service. Its clean and pretty reasonable too.My suggestion will be to definitely visit this place and try their services.

Had booked an appointment for 4 o clock I reached there by 3:50 they told me to wait......after waiting for 1 hour10mins I got frustrated n asked they told mam jus few mins for free consultation....I was least interested in that.....5:20 I went in a derma expert was there...asked issues n told remedy which I already knew.....and were selling their products basically nuthin else......then again had to wait till 6 after which I was like Im leaving Im waiting for 2 hours now....then finally I went in n got my clean up done...the products were so stinky and bad!!!! Where I had clearly mentioned I have a sensitive skin n etc..... today have have boils on my face....I do not have pimple or boil issues and now my face has this issue I went there on Saturday 7th nov....worst experience.only good thing is they will keep asking mam u want tea coffee water...and also NO APOLOGIES wat so ever.....and at the end one girl on the counter says we had free derma session the reason y it got delayed.....still no apology.....wat about premium or luxury is this?? I have used other luxury salons , restaurants etc and the hospitality is amazing!!! By FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND PRODUCTS AND WASTE OF TIME
