It was such a fraud hotel, 1st they said they give the room Ive prebooked, after arriving I asked the room they said it was already taken , we asked how this is happened and there was that arrogant, rude receptionist creating the illustration that we drink alcohol so we not give rooms to you people like that , such a bad experience hotel such rude recptionist I wont give even a single star rating please people dont go there

Very good place... Am staying last 15 months... Monthly 2 days in first week of month.... Very good ambiente, free Wi-Fi, nearby hotel... Good hospitality. Very nearby koyambedu bus stand, nearby CEMARA ATM BANK... Nearby Omni bus stand, nearby metro station, nearby railway station, nearby cinima theater, nearby restaurant, nearby auto stand, nearby KFG and many facilities we can take by walk .... Hotel on road base...

Hot water facility is not ,if we ask they provide separately

Its near koyembedu bus stand, so its convenient.Reservations might be necessary cause rooms are mostly always occupied.Hot water is available in the morning (theyll turn on the heater if you want in the evening).The hotel is part of a restaurant, so you can get food from morning(8 am) to night(11 pm). You can call up the restaurant and order food and it will be delivered to your room within 5 mins.

Room price is expensive. Customer service very poor. They charge AC room 1400 for one day. Room is average. Poor ventilation. No hot water. Complimentary breakfast available. Water quality very poor. Room is kept clean. You can get a better hotel at the same price.

I stayed with my wife. Everything was fine in this hotel. Room facility and service were really good. I stayed for Four days this time before I had stayed for five days. I saw reviews in IBIBO about front office staff which are not good..but their sounds like rude but they were really nice guys and they responded well for all my queries. Though room boys did not know Tamil, they did service in good manner. Rest room was really clean and neat. Restaurant service was an additional feature. Thanks for hotel management and IBIBO...

This the first time i am staying this hotel every thing is good particularly food.I think theyre not promoting the hotel name.why, means i dont know their giving breakfast compliment.If their promoting all those things it is the best one in that area.

Location is only the good thing. Remaining services are all poor. Dont ask too many questions like police terrorist enquiry. For online booking, please provide hotel policies to user. Simply user is a bachelor, not necessary that he will be a criminal. Im working in a reputed company in Trivandrum. Please dont treat people like a criminal. If the accommodation is only for family, please do mention in online booking. Dont damage one personal dignity. Extremely unhappy about stay in that hotel. Never ever recommend this to anyone in future.

I hv booked Standard Room of 1100/-. I thought it should be AC room, but when I reached they told its Non AC. Now come to the point.... The hotels location is very near to KMBD bus stand. The Staff behavior is very rude. He behaved like we r servent of him. There is no soap in bathroom, the water was dirty n it took half an hour to fill a bucket, Pillow covers,towel was also dirty. Rooms r new so its was good. Once I asked them to send the complimentary breakfast early as I have to go airport in morning, they rudely told me its not possible. I cant lock the window, so I feel unsafe. As I was new in Chennai i asked how to go merina beach, he just tell me I dont know, n then he busy with his Mobile.... So friends before going to this hotel think once more..Only location is good and rooms r OK.

I stayed here. its a new hotel, so awesome. i feel good. very near to CMBT. rooms are very neat. heater,A/C,LED TV all amenities are new and neat. i enjoyed. i satisfied. value for money. the preview Hotel rooms are original view. i recommend to others.

I m regularly staying with this hotel. Hotel staff and the services are ok. Location is good and convenient. Altogether the stay was decent enough. The checkin and checkout was fine.

Clean place. Good lighting in room. Clean toilet. Powerful AC. Fast room service.

The only bad experience is that the hotel person behaved very rudely... He is telling that there is not vacant room for Standard room With BreakFast but in Goibibo it is showing its available... and he is pressuring to take Deluxe room With BreakFast. If some one check it and correct it from the hotel everything will be OK and I can rate 5 star.

Rents are expensive if Goibibos offers are not there....Car Parking space is not adequate...Only one car can be parked at a time and that too very critical space for parking... Rooms are good and cleanliness is maintained...
