Perfect resort for family or bachelors. Excellent surrounding area covered with garden and trees. Pretty good swimming pool. But didnt try it. And just a 1min walk to beach from the resort. Only minus was we took 2 rooms and 1 room was dusty. Not cleaned properly. Since we prior mentioned that we are coming with pregnant lady. They just cleaned one room. So may be a little more and it deserve 5 star. The complimentary breakfast is totally awesome and worth it. Makes you feel super satisfied when you check out after breakfast.

Poor service. The pool was not accessible for us. For others it was accessible. When asked the team, we didnt get any proper response. Inspite of spending so much of money we didnt had great experience.

1. Our room (a lil bit) and just outside the room, it was stinking so badly. Literally strong stinking smell that we cant get rid of.2. Hospitality was bad. Especially in the restaurant and bar.3. For the dinner we were not allowed to sit in the restaurant(bayroot) as the tables were reserved for dine in customers and resort guests has to sit in the bar to eat dinner.4. Over priced menu, dinner was flop, lunch we ordered was good though.5. Such a basic room like our regular bedrooms at home was said to be deluxe room here, not worth the hype.6.We quickly opted for the boutique room which was decent with wooden ceilings. We wanted to click pictures outside our room(kerala style home) but couldnt manage to take even one because of the stinking drainage smell.7. Not even sure if our bedsheets were washed when we checked in.8. We managed our stay just because we payed so much for the room as well for the dinner.9. We didnt prefer to bath in the morning as washroom had water stagnating (we didnt complaint to the front desk though, as we dont want to make a fuss out of this, as we already want to check out in the morning asap)10. Had to eat Idli, dosa and upma with chutney, sambar on a sunday morning from the complimentary breakfast. Expected much decent breakfast, but disappointed again.So surprised with many positive comments. If someone is looking for a relaxing staycation, check for better option guys. One can definitely consider coming for the Restaurant and Bar as both of it has nice ambience, but not definitely for the stay at the resort.

A must visit place for their restaurant Bayroot. Mediterranean and north indian cuisine is exceptional. Ambience and service is very good which makes the experience great!

Place is excellent with respect to neatness and well maintained rooms.Budget is also reasonable.Only problem I had is with food.I stayed in lockdown days and chef belongs to northeast India and dishes are most North Indian type with limited menus and also costly.can improve with food by serving South Indian foods and also price is costly.Request the management to take this issue into consideration

We organized a wedding at Green Meadows. The service was very good. And the staff very friendly. They accommodated some last minute requests very well. North Indian dishes tasted good, South Indian could be better.

Nice resort for one day and events but its small

Visited the bar. Nice ambience with no crowds on a Thursday. Good service and some of the items we ordered to eat were very good. Draught beer was flat and had to be returned.

Decent place to spend a weekend. The rooms were not that clean but I believe they are renovating this place and is gonna be taken over by double Roti. Probably it will look much better post the take over. Definitely lot of scope to improve. Pretty decent food though..

We booked 3 rooms went along with family. But only one room has hot water facility in the morning which is pathetic.No towels, soaps,tea bags and kettle and mosquitoes were haunting us. Each and every time we have to call the room service even for the basic amenities. Renovation has been going on. Lawns were filled with dust and debris.

We had our wedding and all the functions in Green meadows resort. It was a north-south wedding. The ambiance of the resort is amazing. And the way the rooms are designed in kerela style makes the resort look more charming. Pratul handled our events really well - very kind and understanding. And he made sure we dont face any challenges.For our muhurtham function, we opted for catering service from the resort(traditional Tamil style food). And they did a great job there as well.

In the middle of nowhere, Party Land thrived. Few in room amenities like hairdryer and iron box couldve been added.In short, recommended for family and value for money even though it has few above said pitfalls.Privacy time for spending together. No disturbance. Safe place for women.

Dont go by the pics provided in website.. they confirmed we should have called resort directly as they are not responsible for amenities. Ridiculous staff management... Bharati was so kind and generous and helps a lot..If you are looking for break from work and routine..and want to relax, dont go here as management staff creates more stress than giving peace of mind

Green Meadows is located in Palavakkam and at present its under complete renovation, it will be operational earliest by Jan 2021. It has 22 rooms and a huge banqueting space, best place for destination wedding as they have a big lawn which can accommodate 1000 guests with 2 conference rooms and 1 mandapam.Specialised Restaurant and Huge bar is coming up soon.

Very money minded resort management. We booked for an event for 25 ppl and only 23 turned out. They did not even reduce a penny. No banquet person was present to guide the guests. Food was very average - welcome drink is bad we did not even drink. For the 1300 per head they charge you find much better places. Top of that everything is charged extra - mic and speaker is extra cost and they provided a PA system that quit itself in 2 hours. Projector charged extra. Finally all they are bothered is how to extract last penny from you and they dont want return customers. They are zero in hospitality and customer service. Pls dont go.

This is our first visit to the resort, but we started planning our next visit before the week was done. The level of care and attention provided by the staff is at a quality and consistency we’ve never seen. An army of staff are constantly buzzing about making sure every inch of the resort grounds are impeccably appointed, there is a concierge at each major location to see we got the beds we wanted by the pool or on the beach and any other needs met. All the bartenders we met were almost psychically gifted in their ability to predict when we’d ask for our next drink and had plenty of wait staff available to help with these predictions.The food was excellent, high quality, varied every day, and included local dishes on offer that show a pride in the ingredients and regional traditions that made us feel more like we were sharing an experience than simply staying at a hotel.

Expected more facilities for chilling out there. But not up to my expectations. The place really calm and mind relaxing. Thats the good thing there. And per head pay is too high. Anyway. If you dont care about the money spent for relaxing you will enjoy.

My cousins and I had a pleasant day at green meadows. They provided us a room where we could spend a few hours. We had already told them that we would be having lunch there. The lunch was vegetarian and quite tasty. They also served a fruit punch as a welcome drink, which was tasty. The tea that we had afterward was also good. Overall it was a good experience. The 3 stars were for few things:Price: Rs 800 with limited veg dishes, that was quite high.Paint smell: A very strong paint smell ; they were painting when there were guests!Delay in service: Service was very slow. Only after we went to the restaurant did they start the cooking.

A green getaway from Chennai thats not too far. Its a lovely place to unwind in a group- family/friends/colleagues... I have stayed here twice and both times we enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The breakfast buffet is included in the room tariff. The restaurant serves reasonably good food. Theres a pool thats nice. The beach is only a five-minute walk from the resort. The rooms are well appointed and each cottage has a sit-out that overlooks beautiful trees and plants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about!

Attended a birthday party here. It is a quite place close to the beach. The banquet hall was good, and the buffet dinner was good too.They have a nice out-door bar by the lawn open from 11:00am to midnight. Very good place for you sit by to read a book and spend good family time.

Visited the restaurant (Hoppers which was earlier known as Ente Keralam)in Green Meadows resort to celebrate my mothers birthday on 29th Dec. Parking space is available. The staff members were welcoming, courteous and well informed. The main steward for our table Dinesh guided us through the menu options patiently and was very friendly. He arranged for a small birthday celebration, got a pastry with a candle on it and also had sung the birthday song alongwith other staff members for my mother who was pleasantly surprised and delighted. We tried the special Kerala Cuisine dishes from the menu which was good but could be more flavorful in terms of the Kerala cuisine authenticity. We also tried chicken fried rice which we really liked. Overall, the service got a smile on our faces and that day and they gave us a reason to come back to Green Meadows resort.

Security is very worst. Not giving respect.I jus asked where is lawn for tat he is saying as which lawn there are 4lawn in this resort tell me correctly with such an arrogance. First of all how come we know tat there are 4 lawns present this resort in our 1st visit. He failed to explain it and give proper respect to the guest.

Green Meadows might also be named Green Oasis. It gives a much needed space to relax in a place that is lacking in Green Public spaces.What you want to know is as follows; an attentive staff, spacious clean rooms bringing it all home is the good food. The food is even better with the breakfast buffet.There is good water pressure and hot water.Nice beds with really nice sheets.The rooms have AC if you need it. But what I prefer is the ceiling fan and the reason why I travel to a tropical climate...it is naturally warm.There is security at the gate and for backup there is the geese on the lawn.The gardens are planted for scent as well as beauty. Night blooming Jasmine and Plumerias (fragipani) make up a large part of the landscape.Downside is the Wifi is a symmetrical 1 Meg, and you need to get a new login after 24 hours.

Small and sweet restaurant. Food was good than expected. Greenery and Meadows are a treat for those who want to spend pleasant and cool time. Nice facilities to play badminton, volleyball and cricket. Enjoyed a wonderful team outing here 😊.

I went there for a get together. The place was neat and well maintained. But they have to improve on hygiene big time. To start with there was a barbecue counter and a chat counter. The plates they had were bit dirty. There was also lot of flies though its unavoidable in an open arena, it could have been kept under control. Later the food they served. The fish fry was excellent. Naun, rice and other heavies were good too. I am giving 3 stars only for hygiene.

Excellent South Indian breakfast . Good ambience. Beach is only 3 minutes by walk. Rooms beat any 5 star hotels in Chennai. Staffs are kind and helpful. I had some issues with water bottles but later it was resolved.

Awesome place to hangout for corporate parties. Went with my team and had lots of fun. The Bar is very good. All the dishes in the restaurant were excellent. All the dishes were signature Kerala dishes. The swimming pool was very neat and clean and well maintained. We get all type of fish varieties here and we do have a live counter. There was on an ongoing reception and the decorations were awesome and it was very pleasent to see the lighting and stuff. Good place for a engagement party and reception. The staff were so polite and so helpful. Must visit place if you are looking for the best resort in the city. Pallavakam beach is just five minutes walk.
